ddickinson: Do they get charged with murder if you catch them?

Because of the stupid EU, the UK is often forced to give lesser sentences, due to all the crap legislation forced on us by the EU.
Some do get charged with murder and get life imprisonment, and some get locked up in the loony bin,and children get a slap on the wrist..

Yeah... While there are some good things about the EU there is lot of bullshit going on too. But that is politics... Sometimes I honestly don't know what politicians are thinking when deciding on new laws and regulations.

Sounds like here, the younger criminals almost always get leniency, even if they commit serious crimes.

The EU was fine when it was just free trade. But now it is just being controlled by Germany for its own gain. The UK is considering leaving the EU, due to them refusing to give us some of our legislation back. All EU legislation does is protect terrorist from being deported, helps criminals and the corrupt, while doing nothing for the average citizen. The EU keeps making up new taxes that punish the UK (and others) but benefit Germany and France. For example, because the UK has had the best economy in Europe for decades, we have to pay an extra tax. I think it was about £1.6 billion. At the same time, Germany and France got a rebate from this new tax law. Can you guess how much they received between them? Almost exactly the £1.6 billion the UK had to pay, with the majority go it to Germany. On a more personal note, they are screwing things up for farmers more and more each year as well with all their stupid and unreasonable legislation.

But enough politics, this kind of topic only ends in childish fights between people with different opinions.

Something more cheery. Anyone care to guess a Star Wars game that will be released later today?

I agree, but I think that is just one reason. As much as we don't like to admit it, we are still just animals. Fighting each other is what we do, it's what we have always done. If it wasn't religion and politics, it would just be something else. But I do think these two things increases the fighting more than any other.

Yep, best not to go into a fight over such things :-)

I dot know either, I was just trying to change the topic. I have never played the SW Lego games, but they do look like some silly fun. I'm guessing more older games, probably some more that GOG has digitally for the first time.

Yep probably. And for the Lego games. I know some people consider them children games, but they are really fun especially if you play them together with someone. Their story always sticks close to the film they are related to (except for some of the newer superhero lego games) and there is tons of stuff to do in the world and the missions are fun. And of course it is also funny that there is friendly fire. I don't know how often I died because my mum was attacking everything around here until I say "stop this is me don't kill me all the time" :D

I don't mind being a big kid :-). As long as it's harmless fun, I don't mind. Let's hope one of the Lego games gets released, so I can finally try one for myself.

That would be awesome. But the chances are low I think. The company doing them was bought by Warner and before that the games did not have any obvious DRM (at least I never noticed one), but now the new ones coming out need to be registered with steam. I sent an email to Travellers Tale, complaining about that and the answer while written quite politically correct and not really spelling it out made it clear that this was because of them being purchased.

Sadly many good games are Steam only. But it doesn't really bother me, I have enough games to keep me occupied for years, any new ones are just extras. I don't think there are any games that are a must have for me. Most that are I still own on CD, before they started adding DRM to everything.
