I will let you know, I promise :-) I am just waiting for the releases tomorrow since I have the tiny hope that the newsletter was just worded badly and that there will be other games besides StarWars ones released tomorrow :D

adaliabooks: Yeah. And fighting Star Destroyers over Endor. And stealthy bombing runs. It had everything, and the medal system was great, made it really replayable. Probably one of my favourite games of all time.
I had forgotten about those missions. It was one of my brothers games but we used to love taking it in turns playing the missions. Some of the missions could be very difficult, especially the later levels. It was a very well developed game, not because of the Star Wars stuff, but because the game and controls were just great.

Providing people don't mind, if there is another timer with the next batch of games, I will extend the giveaway until more games are released, to give everyone a better chance of finding a game they like.

Would anyone mind if I extended the giveaway to until the Lucas Arts games phase 2 releases are complete?

I think the non-Star Wars games might be the ones being released next week...

They'll be here tomorrow and you said the weekend, so you're good. ;)
Edit: Didn't know about the next week ones, I don't mind waiting.

Yeah, the setting was good but it was the controls and the objectives that really made it shine. It was great because it was hard, but winning the levels was doable and the real skill was in getting the platinum medals and unlocking stuff.
The sequel had a co-op version of the original game and my brother and I played through it.
The sequel wasn't as good but had some quite decent levels too.
With just a slight headache and enjoying LSL series.

Don't we have about 30(ish) Lucas Arts games coming in total? We had six a few months ago, six now, and presumably six more tomorrow? That's only 18 games, so there are still more to come. If the next release of games also has a timer, I will extend the giveaway, if not I will assume the rest of the games will be releases in a few months in a phase 3 release event.

I liked the difficulty of the game. It was hard, but doable. I never played the second game, but from some clips I saw it looked good, even if it wasn't as good as the first game.

There's more coming next week too, but not sure what or how many. Might just be one batch of six or it might be six on Tuesday and six on Thursday again. That would make thirty wouldn't it?
It might make sense that they released the first six to get the news out there and then waited for all the others to be done before releasing then en masse.

I just re-read my email and it says "6 more StarWars games coming this Thursday and next week, stay tuned." whatever that means. :/
Edit: It's not like any of us are desperate for games to ply. ;)

In that case I will run it until next week (I never got an email). As for being desperate, maybe not, but you never know who the true Star Wars nerds are. And those people are crazy! :-)
Is the rumors that KOTOR 2 is just as Good as the original true?

I wonder if they decided to release more this time because of all the complains last time, when they only released six. They probably also wanted to get December out of the way. I remember someone mentioning very few games are released during December, due to all the Christmas sales.

I have never played it, or the original, so I can't be of help. But hopefully someone else will know.

ddickinson: Thank you all! *Big Hugs!*

So, what game can I put you down for? I won't take no as an answer! I am always interested to hear what games people like, that's part of the fun with a giveaway. :-)
I know better than to go against your wishes. I'll be in for Indiana Jones. Thanks :-)

The rumors were that KotoR 2 is supposed to be better than the first... :/
