Yes it's quite complicated. From what i understand Microsoft holds the digital rights and Topps owns the tabletop rights... EndreWhiteMane: Apparently that's true, this is the latest article I could find and it mentions Cliffhanger getting their stuff seized, NOT Hairbrained.
