I go to sleep for a bit to stave off the contagion that surrounds me, and Lucasarts hits with another 6-pack! And another 6-pack to come this week!

Another dozen for the list....I'm never going to get that damned thing done.

Nothing wrong with that. Discs fall apart. GOG lets you have your copy outside of that restriction. I've done the same thing more than once for the sake of disc backup.
I'll take Full Throttle, Loom, The Dig, the other Monkey Island games and anything else that's good. =)

Not really a fan of adventure games so I'd be hoping for more Star Wars stuff. Jedi Knight would be nice (or Jedi Knight 2 anyway). I'd love to see Rogue Squadron, but as it was a Gamecube game I don't see it being all that likely (also I would need to buy a controller to play it).

I hope we get the adventure games that others want because I know there are a lot that people really want, but they aren't for me.

Yep. I am also doing this all the time. It feels good to have a backup since sometimes the disk just stop working. But this week my money is save. The email from gog sounds like the other LucasArts games on Thursday will also be Star Wars games.

And I'm not a big fan of Star Wars, I'll just pick those up since I tend to do that with GOG in general - grabbing stuff that's old and rare for safekeeping.
But like you said, hopefully the stuff comes out that will make everyone happy. There's no way the two parties aren't making money off the deal, so maybe it can be extended and GOG can be the primary venue for Disney to make extra money off their old properties.
It's not like they're going to find an audience anywhere more receptive to paying cash for 10 plus year old items.

Yeah, I'm sure there will be enough to satisfy most people (some people are just never happy).
It would be good to see some Disney stuff too. Not sure about on PC but I think they used to make some good console games around the NES era.

Edit: Just remembered, I used to have them: The Lion King, Aladdin and The Jungle Book games were all great. Really excellent platformers (from the days before tie-ins were all rubbish)

Luckily, being broke has its advantages. My list won't be getting any bigger right now.
