No real changes, sadly. My mother is still not on a regular ward yet, due to her not improving enough this week, but at least she didn't get worse, so hopefully she will be moved to a regular ward during the week. My dad is doing okay, although he is still causing me problems and driving me insane by being so restless (and yet all I can do about that is smile because I love him too much to be mad). I am doing okay, I'm out in the cold wind and the occasional bit of rain. Other than that no real change for me, the same as I have been the last few weeks. A nurse at the hospital did say that she thinks I am coming down with a chest infection, but that's about it.

Doesn't ring a bell.


Ah, sorry about your mother's situation not improving as expected. Fingers crossed things will move forward this week.

And I know you consider yourself a tough farm girl, but perhaps you shouldn't take the nurse's words lightly, especially with all the time you spend outdoors in this weather.

Thank you. I'm sure she will be fine, each time she is in hospital it just take a little longer for her to recover and it seems to effect her a little more, but she will be okay. She is a farm girl too, after all. :-)

Thank you for the concern. But don't worry, it's not like I go out in the fields wearing short denim shorts and a small chequered shirt, like Daisy Duke :-). I assure you that I took what the nurse said very seriously, just as I take other people's concerns seriously. My health is not something I neglect. I may stretch it from time to time, but I try not to neglect it.

But that would be unfair, we also want to know and have fun :D

Good thing I'm not shooting for a certain logo, I'd probably end up having to deal with some price-gouging scumbag on Ebay to get it.

Yeah, it's a bit surprising, but I should include that it sold out of Gamestop's online store. What does that mean in terms of actual numbers and availability?
Probably that if I want one when they hit (if I can get the money together to do so), I'll probably be doing it through Amazon if my local store doesn't have any.

Snowkatt told me a while back that American football is called hand-egg by some people. I love that, so I'm now determined to use that term whenever possible.
Think I only have a couple chances left before the season ends. -laughs-
