That score is only deep-fried foods, of course! If you add bacon to that number, it suddenly explodes to over 46 million :-)
Yes, the last I heard, NOLF is tied up with legal issues. I'm not sure anyone even knows who owns it. I haven't payed any attention to that story (or any gaming-related story for that matter) since last year though.

1. It it a buggy and broken mess of a game?
2. Full of terrible micro-transactions?
3. Accompanied by dozens and dozens of rubbish DLCs?
4. Had developers who delete any negative reviews or criticisms?
5. Does it use only pre-made assets with no effort put into it?
6. Is it very poorly optimised?
If not, then why would Steam want it? :-D
