l0rdtr3k: Quite nice cartoons. Regular Show is for example,is pretty much an Adult Swim cartoon diguised as a kids show.
Ah i see. Personally i don't watch that many cartoons nowadays although i really like Archer :).
Good morning, folks! Been a busy, stressful couple days, haven't checked in for a while. I hope all are doing well! Spent some time playing Darkest Dungeons, and it's brutal and awesome. The morning has started out wonderfully, having a bit of trouble with nausea but Sarge is being the cuddliest, sweetest and calmest puppy I've ever seen him be, and it's pretty fantastic.
Hugs all around! Coffee to come soon, if you don't mind soy milk for creamer. :)
Morning folks

l0rdtr3k: Coffee,please.
Now I'll marathon Gravity Falls,Gumball and Friendship is Magic(yes,I started to watch it.Quite nice show).
Gumball is probably one of the best shows in CN right now if not THE best. It's deliciously surreal coupled with both subtle and low-brow humour and even social satire.

Adventure Time suffers from hipster syndrome imo. I can watch it but it's meh. Regular show is better but it also suffers from hipsteriness, I can't help but think that it's trying too hard to be quirky. Gumball does a better job of it.

Gravity Falls is simply ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, one of the best animated shows on screen, and certainly the best show on Disney right now, hands down. Words just cannot describe how fantastic it is.

FiM is ok. Good show, cute colourful, worth watching but also overhyped.

Hi all

*hugs and waves*

How are you all? I'm feeling better - had a headache like I had been hit by a horse this morning...

Hey. Hopefully your days are getting less stressful now and that the problems with nausea are not serious :)
I'm fine thank you :)

What do you mean? We did not make anything up. Okay, maybe you were not naked all the time. You did wear a sun hat sometimes. :-)

And don't deny it. Endre was watching through his telescope (switching between you and Fearful in the shower), and I am sure he has pictures to prove it. :-)

Also, a place called Balatonberény that is quite near Lake Balaton is said to be Hungary's most popular nudist beach. So Lake Balaton does indeed have a nudist beach. :-)

(And I am sure everyone knows me and Owl are only joking.)

*laughing hug* That was good. A sun hat :D
But I was not at Balatonbereny, I was at the northside of the lake :P

I'm glad your headache has passed! I hope your day is improving :)

So I guess Endre had his telescope pointed at the wrong beach. :-)

How is you day so far? Still dull and boring?

*big energising hug to help Moon get used to being back at work*

The course was not that interesting yet, but I need the credits, so there is no way around it. I hope it will improve after lunch break.
At least I managed to have a look at the work my student did just now and that seems good, so one thing less to worry about :D

And also I did something to cheer me up :D
On first August it is the national holiday here (sadly it is a Saturday), but my brother said he would come to visit, so I just now booked a boat trip with a nice dinner for us, because there is always a huge fireworks over the lake and it is really great watching it from a boat :-)

Yes they did. 2 hours before it's gone.

Can you say facepalm?
----
All I can say is this is a terrible technical issue. Can you imagine the harm this has done? On one side, there's a whole load of bundles that they haven't sold due to the damn bug, on the other, those that did buy it will be banging on their door demanding a refund for the difference. A refund that they can't really ignore, Can you imagine the accounting nightmare?

It's also quite unprofessional.

Hopefully it will start to get a little more interesting, at least enough to stop you falling to sleep. :-)
Glad to hear that your student managed to do some good work while you were away. I bet you are relieved about that?

A boating trip sounds lovely. Does he know you have it booked, or is it a surprise? Either way I bet you are both looking forward to that.

*more random happy hugs*
