So I finally got around to playing shadowrun and, my god! Why wasn't I playing this before?

It's got the feeling of old school rpg games, combined with the grim & gritty atmosphere of the pen & paper game. It's a powerful trip back to a not-so-bygone era with simple but beutiful graphics that proves that isometric 2D is still bloody awesome.

And this is only with the first 30 minutes.

Would you folks recommend Toonstruck? The cast sounds great and I'm a big fan of point-n-click games, but is it worth the money when so many other games are currently far cheaper? I'm not secretly asking for a handout, just curious if I should grab it now or hope for a bigger discount somewhere down the line.

I have a game to finish ('among the sleep'), a drink to give me guts (xxl punch :D) and some nice company to take my mind off things :)

Doing mostly fine - my evening survey was cut short due to traffic problems which resulted in me wasting nearly three hours travelling through Hamburg...but other than that everything is good and i'm now relaxing and enjoying a beer :)

My evening is going well so far, despite a little interruption from the cat :-| ... My head is a bit painful at the moment, but not too bad. My knee is fine, and keep getting better everyday... and in general, I'm feeling really good :-)
I'm looking forward to an evening of playing some games, talking to friends, and eating some peanut butter :-þ

It is excellent. If you didn't know, a fellow forum user figured out how to get Shadowrun Returns to work in the updated game engine of Shadowrun Dragonfall: Director's Cut. If you own both games, you should give it a try. Either way, welcome to the future, chummer!
