CarrionCrow: You said what was on your mind. Not a bad thing.
^This. Whether what you said was based in anxiety or intuition, you spoke your mind kindly and honestly, and there's no harm in that whatsoever. :)

Stilton: A flu/viral thing can drag you down and affect your feelings. Maybe the flu has been gestating the last few days and you've noticed it but not really known what it was.
Maybe... I'm feeling much better now than I was earlier and last night. Not sure if it was a flu at all. Could have just been a random incident...
Really don't know. Doctors are often confused by me :-p

AgentBirdnest: So... I'm just going to come out and ask this, instead of continuing to hide in the corner forever...
Has anyone else been extremely annoyed while visiting this thread lately? I keep getting the feeling that something really shady has recently popped up, and it is making me uncomfortable.

Forgive me for being out of line... it's just that I haven't been enjoying this place as much over the last few days.
I completely understand your feelings. Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but I think I've seen some improvement in behaviour over the last two days. Don't fully trust it yet, though.

But this is an open thread and as long as they learn to behave, every kid should be welcome... - at least that is what I constantly tell myself when feeling annoyed ;)

It's possible you may get occasional (and seemingly random) flu-like symptoms as part of your withdrawal. It's one of the ways that it would bother me, for months on end it seemed (this is partly guesswork, though, as I always had the hardest time tracking just what symptoms I had were due to clonazepam withdrawal, especially considering how long it can carry on.)

AgentBirdnest: Doesn't stop me from feeling like a moron sometimes... I can attempt to rationalize it all I want, but... OCD is an evil bitch :-p
Your brain is giving you shit you don't deserve. You don't need to rationalize, it's just fucking with you.
Doesn't make what you're saying untrue, or your feelings invalid.
Should I pick the rest of the STALKER games since they're on promo?
I'm cute.

That's true... I have had random headaches, stomach pain, nausea, and other flu-symptoms... but I don't recall them ever hitting me all at the same time like they have over the last 24 hours, so I just assumed it might be a flu.
The quick recovery makes me think it is more likely chemical related, though.

You've spent a long time being propped up by meds (through absolutely no fault of your own), so withdrawl is bound to be a little unsteady at times. Your body/mind are learning to exist without them now, so it might be a part of that cocoon/butterfly transition we talked about. Don't worry about it, just be you, and speak out at any time if you need to. We can't talk about games all the time, after all ;-)

Depends. Do you have higher priority items to retrieve?

Have you played any of them? (If so, which ones?)
I'd recommend them to anyone who likes more realistic or open world shooters... or anyone who likes the theme. They are great games.

I'd go for them. I'll be getting them myself at some point.

Totally agree on every single point... I'm just curious if anyone else agreed or if I was being too paranoid.

I agree as well and i also felt somewhat annoyed at times the last days. We'll see how it develops further...
