I've never really seen much MacGyver, but he is brilliant in Stargate, one of my favourite TV programs.

Edit: I can never say the word 'Indeed' without doing so in Teal'c's voice... :)

BillyMaysFan59: Got a couple newer ThinkPads (t410, t420, etc) on there which surprisingly come pretty cheap (less than $300) and an HP Elitebook. I might consider getting a Macbook Pro but those fetch higher prices. ($400 or more for a used/refurbished unit)

Basically I'm looking for a laptop that is more powerful than my previous one, yet still isn't built like garbage.

I see, I was in the same position when I tried to find mine. Well I always liked the lenovos but this x230 I just love, it's so light that I always carry it around with me (even to work lately) The macbooks I still just dream about, too expensive for me :)

They seem to be the kind of customers GOG is after these days. They outnumber the old customers by a great deal, so I guess from a business point of view it makes sense.

That wouldn't be hard, Stargate is awesome :)
I've always wanted to get the full thing on DVD, but despite it's age it still sells for over £100 for the whole lot (admittedly there are a lot of seasons)

If my wishlist is anything to go by, it looks like they've just put everything up on sale right now, there are a lot of discounts showing... just need to decide if any are worth biting.
