PalioDeMonte: Gifted myself Giana Sisters: Rise of the Owlverlord, as the original Giana Sisters on C64 was one of the first games I ever played. Just hesitating to redeem the code.

Nothing else I'm really curious about atm, waiting for some Wing Commander, Star Wars, M&M games as well as Rayman Origins - hope for a good deal there. Don't Starve was still to expensive for my wallet, so I skipped it for another sale...
Sorry, I missed this earlier.

Glad to hear you treated yourself to some games. Everyone deserves to get themselves some fun games now and then.

I wonder if a Wing Commander bundle will be up soon, we normally see them during bundle sales. We have not had a Star Wars one yet either, or a Star Trek one.

Hello! Glad you were able to get a break, at least! Doing quite well on this end, the pup is particularly sleepy this morning, so I'm just enjoying a cup of coffee and some music to help get the day going. I've been up almost two hours, but I'm probably still a good hour from motivating. I hope you're having a good day. :)

Good to hear that you're doing well. Coffee is next on my list :).
And i'll continue writing on the paper for the university after lunch but the biggest task today is done now :)

Any guesses as to what the next bundles will be? I will guess a Thief bundle again, but who knows. Hopefully it will be one that makes lots of people happy.

Finally! I saw that I had a reply, but did not see it. Then I made a post and now I can see your post.

At least it's not raining here, just cold. Which is not too bad, a good hat and some fingerless-gloves and not only do I look cute, but I keep warm(ish). :-)

Any recommendations from the current selection of games on sale? I figured we could start suggesting some of our favourite titles, in case people were looking for inspiration on a game to get.

The forum is really buggy currently..it's annoying...
Thankfully it's not raining here either and can stay at home because today's class has been cancelled...good that your not freezing than :)

Well the Empire Earth games although they will only be there for half an hour. I also liked Gianna Sisters although i sucked at it ;)...
Oh of course Lego Batman :).
Do you have any recommendations because i'm currently looking on what to get :)
Good morning!

PalioDeMonte: Hi Billy. So you'll finally be able to play current generation games when your new Laptop arrives?
Well, I'm positive that the laptops on my watch list will be able to handle Wasteland 2, at least.

I enjoyed the first Red Faction game, and Postal 2 was quite fun, in a silly kind of way. Desperadoes 1 is nice, similar to Commandos. The second Desperadoes game did not seem as good to me, but I guess that is just person taste. Project Eden was a really fun game, me and my partner played it on the PS2, and I have it again from GOG for when we want to play it again. It's a nice mixture of action and puzzle.

Moon speaks very highly of the Lego games, but she says they are more fun when played with someone else.

Are there any from the current lot that catch your eye?

Good morning, BMF!

Are you still hoping for a nice Star Wars bundle?

No problem, I just drop in from time to time, so no hurry :)

To be honest, I hope that there will be good deals on single games, because buying bundles might be too much for my poor wallet.

No all-time-favorites at the moment, but I'm playing the mobile version of Tetrobot atm and it's highly enjoyable.

I already wondered yesterday, but now I gotta ask: What laptops are on your watchlist then? ... i'm quite in love with my lenovo x230. it handles quite a few of my games although it only has integrated graphics (hd4000)
Sneaks in the back door with a waterbag, see's LP and dd yakking.
Throws waterbag at LP who ducks and it hits dd in the head.
Bugga,bolts for the door...........

Thanks. Postal 2 is one thinking of because it's .99€ which is a steal. I own both Red Faction games already. Might take a look at Desperados and Project Eden.
Yes. The Lego games really funny and best when played in co-op. I enjoyed mostly all of them :)

I think about American Conquest, Darkland, maybe Pixel Piracy (i like Terraria-like games) and maybe the Carmageddon games...
