Are you spending enough on GOG?

EndreWhiteMane: That's pretty cool. I don't have much of that around here but every once in a while I'll have a hummingbird come right up to my nose and hover there a while to check me out.
Very awesome.
And for EIT: What does that remind you of? :-)
Argh....i know it...i'm sure but i can't remember the name right...

Edit: Insurrection?

CarrionCrow: That's a good collection regardless, and I'm glad you finally got it over and done with. =)

As for mine, going by the old amount of roughly 890 gigs, I'd say this will probably between 930 and 950 after the additions.
Right now, it's 581 gigs. 732 down, 156 to go.

Stilton: 156 shouldn't take too long to get. This being GOG, a lot the games are fairly quick downloads. Bullishly compensated for by the Witchers and the like, but as an overall average they're not that big. You'll be able to put your feet up pretty soon.
True. But the thing is, the smaller ones were what I picked through first.
I'm shooting for it all being done by the end of the sale. Looking forward to that so I can use my bandwidth for other stuff. It's so crappy, I pretty much have to pick one thing or the other. A single Youtube video drops the bandwidth from 25 to 75 percent while it's playing.

Have I mentioned in the last two minutes that my ISP sucks? ;)

Insurrection, Picard and the lovely woman 'save the moment' and time nearly stands still. Another favorite scene. :-)

Edit to your edit: Yep! :-)

Nope, it's been at least 3-1/2. :-)

GhostwriterDoF: Welcome back Agent. :)

It's starting to heat up again here... threatening the coming of Summer...
Otherwise, the day has been a casual one, minor house chores and prepping for dinner.
and... sale... (the sound of coins falling through holes in pockets)... nabbed Wings of Prey and Blitzkrieg 1 and 2...

< fills tipped helmet with jars of peanut butter, hugs Agent, and takes come hot chocolate >
Hey there, Ghost :-)
Summer... not my favorite season. Personally, I love the cold. Nothing like bundling up in warm clothes and blankets, and sipping some hot chocolate for me :-)

Yes. Right. I always found Insurrection pretty decent but it had it's great moments. Same like Generations but both were definitely worse than First Contact...

Deanna pissed as a fart! Funny. :-)

Stilton: Hi Agent ;-)

34 minutes left for a headache makes you sound like a true military man. No, 'Oh, it should be gone in a little while.' ;-)

Other than the head, how are you doing?
Good day, Stilton :-)

I like to be specific... I feel like I'm being more sincere that way :-p

Other than the head, I'm doing pretty well. Not much to complain about :-)

Ah, that's good. Last thing I want is to run that point into the ground...

Remarkably, I did see a company truck next to a backhoe that was digging a large hole at the end of my road as I returned from running errands.
It would go against my cynical nature to think they were working on upgrading the abysmally slow/ridiculously overpriced internet all the way out here, but I'll make a note to stop by the office and see if maybe there's a chance in hell there might be something better coming.

I feel for you. Its only good in pockets around here. We need it to be good because the Mrs uses it for work related up and downloading, files as big as the Taj Mahal that trample anything I or the little'un might be doing like stampeding elephants. (I wonder where the Indian motif came from..?) When I get it all to myself (rarely) its bliss, but when I don't it can slow things down considerably. Having said that, we've all been doing stuff today and its been pretty good.

I assume pissed equals drunk right?
Yes that was really funny :).
Hey, I bought a game through GMG once, so they made me a VIP!
How cool can it get? :-)

You've never been a complainer, its one of your admirable qualities. I like to moan from time to time but I can't recall ever hearing you whinge about anything. I'd call you consistent, and that doesn't mean boring. You're always ready with compliments, support, help, hugs and hot chocolate. The kind of things friendship is made from. You can blush now, I'll look away ;-)
