ElTerprise: No release streams...?
I like to watch a few minutes of release streams to get an idea of the gameplay.
Watching the whole stream ruins the game for me, I'd rather discover things for myself.

Stilton: Yep. I like a review or two and to know the developer's track record, then I trust my gut and judge it on cost.

Is the GOG Downloader being replaced at some point? Thought I heard something about that.
Afaik they just won't update it anymore

Not replaced, they just don't 'officially' support it anymore.
Which means we will be left with Galaxy as the downloader at some point.
Will still be able to download via browser though.

I don't use it anymore, don't see the need. I also have concerns about it's security at this point.

Biology is actually easier than chemistry, you should do OK.
