Finally made it to Act 3 in Pillars of Eternity as well, which is just fantastic. I'm having trouble keeping up with all the lore (couldn't have anything to do with playing it right alongside Witcher 3, clearly!) at times, but it's quite fun. Eep, new sales in a few minutes. :)
I hope you're all doing well today!
Alright, nice :)

I could never play 2 fantasy RPGs at the same time... I usually play a few games at once, but they have to be different genres and different themes, otherwise I get confused... not just confused about the story, but I'll start mixing up controls and gameplay mechanics as well :-p
I'll typically have one RPG, one adventure, a couple strategy games (one RTS, one TBS) and a shooter in my rotation :-)
Doing great here, thanks! Installing and about to play a cornucopia of lovely new games. I look forward to it :-)

I'm usually the same as far as my approach to playing games (though I will usually play more games at once than I'd admit to) and will keep to one fantasy RPG at a time, sometimes a small handful of strategy games (so long as they have different mechanics and such... too much similarity there will leave me confused about which game is which as well), a handful of casual games, a few roguelikes and other games specifically for short play sessions, pinball (which will likely just remain installed always), one or two adventures, maybe a shooter if there is one I'm excited enough about, and often a few action/platforming games (often with this genre I'll take on more than I can keep up with, for some reason.)
With PoE and The Witcher 3, the game worlds and gameplay mechanics vary so greatly that it doesn't seem to leave me confused as to which is which, but it's not often I'll find two RPGs, especially of this size, that I'd dare play alongside each other.
Glad to hear you're doing well! I hope you enjoy the new games! I've grabbed a few in the sale myself that I'm pretty excited to check out. :)

Ah yes, I forget about casual games. The ones you can pick up for a few minutes and put away. I seem to be able to play an endless amount of those at the same time. I always have a few dozen flash games in my lineup :-D Usually they are different and simple enough not to get them confused.
I can usually play a few shooters at the same time. I can switch between them quite easily without mixing up controls. Not sure why... I guess I tend to get immersed in first-person games more than any other genre/perspective, and my brain blocks out anything else while I play one.
Already bought it a while ago, but haven't got around to playing it... Sounds like maybe I finally should :-)
