I really thought I had it too :(

So I have a big want up there... but a tiiiiiiiny bit more than I was hoping to pay. Check out the rest of the sale and snatch it second go around if there isn't a better deal on another of my long time wants or just get it now... decisions decisions.

Anyone have an opinion on Starpoint Gemini 2?
Is it similar to Star Wolves series?

I heard is somewhat more open world than Star Wolves but I haven't played it myself.

I don't think so - I think it's more of an action RPG where your "character" is a capital ship. I think it plays closer to a space sim with ARPG / point and click controls.

I played Star Wolves 3, and that was more of a tactical party based "iso-RPG" style to me - it just happened to be set in space.

That's the one I'm eyeballing - I think I'll let the sale cycle once before I decide.
