Also, I really, really, REALLY wish we could get a modern reimagining of Star Control / Starflight. Or maybe even a good version of Battlecruiser 3000. I can't be the only one who wishes this would exist, and my mind is blown no one has tried to make it.

There have been a lot of attempts at remakes, most failed due to lack of support or rights issues.
There are a few that succeeded, i'll look up the names and let you know. Remind me if I forget.

Well might be possible - but you can actually order wine cooler which mostly consist either of wine and water or wine and lemonade i'd say. But i've actually never tasted something like that. :)
