GOG promised us "surprises" - haven't seen any yet. :P I'm watching Iron Man while doing some work and pondering Toonstruck.

My exciting life, yes. XD

ETA: Thai-style peanut and cilantro salad dressing is amazing.
Hmm. I like peanuts, and I like cilantro.
Think I know something I'll be looking for at the store next time. =)

ddickinson: Good evening, everyone!

[...] Have you boys been behaving yourselves without supervision? :-)

*hugs and silly waves*

HypersomniacLive: Of course not. ;-P

Hi everyone, I assume you're all happily spending your hard earned coins?
Yes, but in a thrifty fashion. How are you?
avatar
ElTerprise: Thank you. Yes. it was here too. Getting home from university in the heat was interesting to say the least...and it's that you're not a fan of the summer when you have t work outside. I'm not a fan of great heat either but i like the nordic summer between 20-25°C :).
avatar
ddickinson: Summer is my least favourite season, due to the heat. I love that I can do more stuff outside, stuff that requires good weather, and I love nature in the summertime, but I am really not a fan of the heat. Luckily we don't really get temperatures that are too bad, which is good for me and the crops and animals.
I agree about the heat, it was 30C here today and really didn't even enjoy being out in it.
I'll take moderate cold over heat any day.
An hour and a half until the next batch.
I have some time kill. I'll do something superfluous like eating.

Hello! How are you, are you enjoying the sale?

*big happy hug*

avatar
Stilton: Howdy doody DD ;-)

That could be the beginning of a song....

Have you been doing pleasant Friday night things? I've been sat at my PC (and to be honest enjoying myself) downloading my games and chatting to whoever passes through. Its been a peaceful night with some interesting talk.
avatar
ddickinson: Good afternoon!

I have a very lovely and pleasant evening, thank you. I do not tend to go on the PC much while with my partner, unless we are playing a game together. Have you given in and bought yourself some games yet? :-)

avatar
l0rdtr3k: Really tired and sleepy
avatar
ddickinson: Are you staying up to see what the new deals are?

avatar
ElTerprise: Well i had my presentation which went well although the fellow student i worked together on it was ill today. I'm doing good. Still sitting outside (even around midnight it's about 20°C) - had a really relaxing evening which was great because university was quite exhausting after all.
Glad to hear that your doing good :)
avatar
ddickinson: I am glad to hear that your presentation went well, despite your fellow student been ill. It has been quite hot here as well. I am not a fan of the summer, especially as I am stuck outside in the heat working, and farm work is hard at the best of time, let alone when it is too hot.
Outta dosh but I'll see what tickles my fancy on this sale.
Also,even pose?
avatar
Stilton: No more purchases - I'm hanging on for the must-haves. Its discipline this time around. Not that exciting, but there's the forum to compensate ;-)
What have you bought so far?

So far I am sitting on 0 purchases for myself (but I did get a free game that was on my wishlist, but that was technically free), a lot of gifts given out, and 2 gifts received from two lovely and generous people on here (thank you again, ninja gifters). :-)

Hmm..Summer is actually my favourite season - maybe because i was born in summer - but i have problems with the heat. And we generally have temperatures i summer which are acceptable...

So far its Psychonauts and Tropico Reloaded. We've got two weeks yet and there are bound to be some real tempters. You could say I'm pacing myself in preparation for the tidal wave heading our way ;-)
