Stilton: I'm similarly containing myself, having amassed a large number of my games in frenzied raher than considered fashion. I may even sit out the whole sale without a single purchase (and pigs may indeed fly).
Hello!

Also, I'm tempted to do the frenzied rather than considered route - but the discounts seem really good this go around so I'm hoping a game or two that I've been holding out on comes around! Now if there are two "rounds" and none of the more expensive titles I've been wanting don't show... ;)

There's a third option - the considered frenzy. With this method, you check prices, look at your list, ponder what to do...and then grab everything that isn't nailed down. ;)

went to the music academy, presented my work and a few questions, and they told me to contact a professional composer from the area about what to do to get it published. Which has been done ... And now, stressfull waiting ...

No big luck though, apparently you have to get your work performed through commisions; or by paying an orchestra (which I, ... uhm ... can't) *if* they think the scripture is professional and good enough (dow).

I know some musical people in the surrounding area and there are some youth orchestras in the neighboorhood - I'm not about to give up ;)

Option 3 might be a fun one if we get two rounds! And I'm going to say it... I... kinda like this sale style. It's a bit slow, and I do really like the "long flash" sales when the rotate out in groups. I hate to ask for shorter sales but I think it might improve pace to maybe swap out every 6- 8 hours, still have a large number of games like this, and maybe reduce the time of the sale to closer to a week. Look at me nitpicking on day 2 already LOL! It is fun to see switch up of formats every now and again however.
