Stilton: I've just been through my wishlist and edited it down some. War and destruction seem to be the main themes. I wonder what that says about me? We Vikings have a fixed destiny. As Frodrick Frunkonsteen said, 'Destiny, destiny, no escaping, that's for me!'
Out of every wishlist entry you've got, I either have it or have it on my list, aside from three items. -laughs-

Well, I can suggest something that will either provide balance or massive frustration. Interested?

Vnlr: Oh dear, unknown people take an interest in my compositions ... I feel honoured ... And stressed ... (that weird syndrome where you feel uncomfortable when people listen to your music in your immediate surroundings, or whereever)

Come to look at it, there's more than one unknown follower-person ... Oh dear :s

ElTerprise: Keep calm - i can understand but you should fell good about it :)
I guess ... I'm thinking about taking the score over to the musical academy in Hasselt and trying to get the requiem performed ... but the odds are not exactly in my favour, as a self-thaught totally unknown totally beginning composer.

But hey, no point not trying, right ;)

Yes, its like that cell in the Ipcress File, isn't it? Designed to frazzle your brain and leave you gibbering on the floor?

Never heard of that before. But yes, that pretty well covers it at first.
Eventually, though, your mind adapts to it and gets better.

It looks nice, but I wonder if the developers have some kind of subliminal message in mind. I don't want to start undressing in public, unless I'm drunk, of course - then its a basic requirement.
Huh...just realised that in some of the german Länder (the catholic ones) today is a public holiday because of the Feast of Corpus Christi....-.-

You should be okay. Either you'll be too frustrated to pay attention, or your mind will be too busy focusing on the levels to do anything else. Any subliminal messaging should prove ineffective.

CarrionCrow: Always glad to hear that you're doing well. =)

Trying to wake up a bit. Couldn't sleep earlier when I tried to, but of course I ended up sleeping at my desk again.

I need to finish off the last of the coffee so I can prepare another pot, pretty sure my eyes aren't going to open completely otherwise.

Was up 22 for the month before the sale started, up 37 in total now.

Anything standing out on your end?
Oh, you slept on your desk again... :-\ ... at leaast not on your keyboard ? :-D you'd have the keys printed on your face... hehe !
I'd take a coffee too... I need to wake up as well :-)
37 since... June ? ô__ô wow !! and 15 just from the sale... no bad !!! :-D
Nothing really special for the moment.... I bought a few cheap games, more by curiosity than being really appealed... some of those from my wishlist are popping up, but are still too expensive for the moment, I'd rather wait for a better discount... :-)
Hey everyone, are you all doing all right? The weather is lovely over here so I just had a nice lunch outside with my housemates.

I still have a gift copy of Jade Empire if anyone wants it by the way. Come on guys, it's a great game, I promise. :)

I just looked at the YouTube piece on their website - escaping the jaws of each puzzle looks excruciating. One of those, 'Aaarghh, I almost DID IT!' things which the more masochistic among us (ahem) can't get enough of. But addictive too, even when you're going back for your two hundredth attempt to clear one of its obstacles.

Stilton: Hi, Bete!!

I'm remaining strong and prepared! Nothing purchased so far, so whatever comes along will have to be really special to make me buy it. I've had the 'spending frenzy' feeling before, so this time I'm being a bit more reserved (so far, anyway...)

Your collection is growing, I see ;-)
Wow, you're really brave :-D ... I wonder how long/if you'll manage to keep resisting to the sale sirens... ;-)
