XxXSprayvWarXxX: Nobody is listening here?

Hello everybody, I'm new to this forum! :)
It seems a good place!

LaPtiteBete: Is is, for sure !! :D
Welcome in the thread, then !!
Are you enjoying the sale ? have bought some things so far... or are expecting others ? :)
Thank you so much for your welcome! Yes I do enjoy it, but not fully! No money :)

Stilton: I'll settle for witchcraft, it always makes things more interesting ;-)

I'm fine this fresh and fantastic day (oh-oh - we're on F words now, so be careful...)

I amazed myself yesterday by not buying anything at all. So I'm looking forward to what comes next and finding out if my resolve will be tested. It better be damn good, because I'm feeling pretty indomitable right now...
Of course....
What about fabulous? ;)
That's good - i also hope for something really good :)

Stilton: Same old same old, then... ;-)

I'm feeling unusually upbeat, to the point that I'm getting suspicious of myself and looking over my shoulder to see if I'm going to do anything to me when I'm not looking. Odd but interesting.
Pretty much. Like a pony whose one trick is self-flagellation. ;)

That's not a bad thing. There are plenty of circumstances where a grim demeanor is the order of the day, might as well enjoy those times that it goes the other way.

Out of curiosity, what item or items are you holding out for ?

Dag. I try to restrain myself - not sure how this will work out though ;)

Bonjour ,ma amie, ca va?

C'est un joli jour ici en Maaseik, un peu chaud, mais Il y'a un petit peu de vent refrechissant; Et chez vous (franchement je m'en fou ou vous vous trouvez dans la France)?
I just saw a guy in a Kucinich '04 t-shirt.

Always glad to hear that you're doing well. =)

Trying to wake up a bit. Couldn't sleep earlier when I tried to, but of course I ended up sleeping at my desk again.

I need to finish off the last of the coffee so I can prepare another pot, pretty sure my eyes aren't going to open completely otherwise.

Was up 22 for the month before the sale started, up 37 in total now.

Anything standing out on your end?

Guten Dag!

I've seen some good games pass by which I already own (like stalker), but frankly there are a real load of games that simply do not sparkle my interest; I have a rather selective taste for such things ;)

Your Dutch is quite good, woon je misschien in de buurt van de grens met Nederland of Belgie? :p ;)

AgentBirdnest: Yeah, little Gary has always been pretty sensitive...
Yes, you are right about coffee and Mormons. It is a hot drink. (Most Mormons think it is the caffeine, but they are wrong.) We aren't supposed to have tea, either... Hot chocolate is fine, apparently õ__ô
Hmm... I can't run Grim, otherwise I might have bought it. Kyrandia is by Westwood, isn't it? I miss them...
I'd recommend...
- The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. bundle (open world survival FPS, with excellent atmosphere)
- System Shock 2 (a great FPS/RPG hybrid, if that's your thing...)
- Costume Quest (for anyone who is a kid at heart :")...)
- Lumino City (I'm not too far into it, but I really enjoy it. The puzzles are challenging in a fun way, in my opinion.)
Your stomach name is Gary ? :-D haha... as my plant !
I don't get it... forbidden hot drinks... well. Many religious things don't make much sense to me , I guess :)
Too bad for Grim Fandango, it's a great game... I don't understand why it needs such a high config now... :-(
Yes, Kyrandia are by Westwood :-D
I have the STALKER bundle (now complete thanks to YOU !! :-*)
I have Lumino City, but not have played it yet...
Don't know about costume quest... did you play it ? is it that good ?...
I hesitate about System Shock 2, because of its amazing note/reviews and ridiculous price ; but it's not really my kind of games, so... maybe I should play DEUS EX first ? ;-p (I'm not good at it !! >__<)
Thanks for your recommendations !!
**Big tight hug**

Stilton: Hi everyone.

Are you ready for a new exciting day of watching and waiting and wondering and...and.... (I can't think of another word beginning with W).

;-)
avatar
LaPtiteBete: Hey hello Stillton !!!
Yes, we're ready !! what about you ... ? :)
I saw you didn't want to buy any single game from the sale ?... are you succeeding so far ?
Hi, Bete!!

I'm remaining strong and prepared! Nothing purchased so far, so whatever comes along will have to be really special to make me buy it. I've had the 'spending frenzy' feeling before, so this time I'm being a bit more reserved (so far, anyway...)

Your collection is growing, I see ;-)

He, here in Belgium it is mandatory for all students to learn French and English next to Dutch, so that gives me a chance to converse with our dear Owl in her own language - with fat accent and bad spelling et all :D

But she said she likes it, so I politely indulge ;)

It basicly means no more than:

hello my friend, how are you doing?

It's a lovely day here in Maaseik, a tad hot, but there is a little refreshing breeze; And over at your place (although I haven't a clue where in France you actually live)?

I only know a few words and can sometimes read it. And not at all. I live in Hamburg but i know some low german which is to some degree similar to dutch...but i'd actually be interested in learning it and for a german it's not that difficult i guess :)
