On the one hand I really like flash/insomnia sales, but on the other hand sales like these are kind of relaxing. I'm thinking about maybe getting the LucasArts bundle but I'm not sure because I don't know if I really like all those games. Recommendations?

Also, I totally recommend Jade Empire! It's the game that brought me here and it's one of my favourites.

Edit: Wow, the promo is set to last 18 days? 18 DAYS? I'm not sure my wallet will survive this.

I've played the first Monkey Island game, it's pretty fun. I plan to finish it when I get some time off soon.

So Jade Empire is good? I've been wanting to play it for a long time, but never really got around to buying it!

Speaking of Monkey Island, does anyone here know what the chances are of Monkey Island 2 going on sale at a larger discount by itself? I really only want that one from the pack, and if bundled games aren't getting individually discounted I don't mind just paying for it.

Kind of a strange tech question, thought I'd throw it out here because it's not really a game breaking bug and I don't want to bother support. :D

Anyone who has played Act of War knows about the horrendous loading times for saved games. Well I noticed if I turn off XP compatibility the load times go to almost nothing, HOWEVER I do get the following error (see attach) when I start the game.

As soon as I click OK the messaged goes away and the game plays great, but I don't want to find out I'm damaging my PC by just skipping over the error.

Yes, Jade Empire is really good, it's an excellent RPG. I found it really refreshing because the setting is so much different from what you usually encounter. The soundtrack is super good as well. Combat is geared a bit more towards consoles but it didn't bother me as I was playing. If you want to try it out let me know, I have a rule of giving away at least one copy of Jade Empire everytime it's on sale.

I think i should replay it at some point although i heard that trying to play it in widescreen might not be the best idea...
