The old backup was about 900 gigs. Waiting to see if the summer sale will start today, then I'll know how much extra will be added to that, roughly.

Have been doing it for a little less than 2 weeks now. Hoping it's done before halfway through June.

Aside from that, can't complain. Just doing computer stuff, nothing major.

My weekend was very nice, thank you. The weather was not good enough for horse riding, so we spend the afternoon just resting at home and playing some games. The restaurant was very nice and we had a wonderful time.

Just a quick post before heading of to school (exam at 1 PM, brrr); I uploaded a piece of music that was gathering dust on the hard drive to soundcloud (mainly for those curious people, you should read the description), and I also wanted to pass on my best wishes to everyone having a bad monday (along with the music, though I imagine it brings little comfort indeed) ;)

Read in another thread that the competition's sale is starting on the 11th. It'd be incredibly foolish to let them get the jump on GOG when people only have so much money to spend in a single month, so I'm figuring it'll start sometime between today and the 10th.
Waiting to see what's coming, whether it's a big sale, the normal Monday stuff or whichever before deciding how much I'm going to spend on the weekend promo.

Listening to a podcast and chewing through Dawn of War 1 so I'm another step closer to never having to play that series again.

My partner had duck and I just had chicken, with a very nice dessert (some very nice Belgium waffles with banana and topped with a toffee sauce). I am not sure what the dishes were called, as they were in French and I can't remember their names. We spend most the time talking and so we were not to bothered about the food, I think my partner just wanted an excuse to get dressed up and go out.

We finished a few puzzle games (Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, Clarc, and The Fall), and a game a friend gave to my partner called Gone Home. Which personally I think is so overrated. We have not played any big horror game since Outlast, but we have a few still to play and we will get around to them eventually. They are quite fun, especially when playing them together.

I actually played a little bit of Dawn of War 2 on Saturday on my brothers laptop. I did not have long, but from what he was telling me about how the game works and from the little I tried, I think I prefer the first game more. I miss the base building and things like that. DOW 2 style gameplay would have been nice if mixed in with regular RTS mechanics. The whole loot thing as well just seemed tedious. It is also annoying that you can't save during a mission. I mean really? A modern game that disables in-mission saving, it's just ridiculous, especially when the first game had it. The menu and options are also basic. It seems to be geared around multiplayer more than anything else.
