LaPtiteBete: My son has a 3DS... I don't... I only have a regular DS... and an very old game boy... :-\

Soccorro: a 3DS!? OMG! WANT! :D
It was his last year's birthday present from ALL my family (16 people) :-)... I bought a 3DX XL animal crossing limited edition... with 2 games (animal crossing and the last pokemon)... he didn't have anything more that day, but he plays everyday with it (we even must limit him !)... :-) best gift ever...
It reminds me I had the first Game Boy at Christmas at 10 years old... my first games console... :'-|
Good evening everyone *big hugs and waves*

How are you all doing?

ddickinson: Hello, stranger! Welcome to the conversation thread. I see you are from the Netherlands, we have another lovely user from there, but the last we saw she was leading a raiding party and sacking Southern England (rumour had it she was so destructive that it caused a mini-earthquake.) :-)
Ah yes, the earthquake was entirely my doing! You may not know, but we have our own private earthquakes here in the north of the Netherlands because of gas drilling, so I thought I'd take one to England to see how you liked it. ;)

Oh! It's you Fearful, I did not recognise you wearing that persons face. Moon is going to be sooooo mad at you when she gets back. :-)

How are you, did you have a nice trip?

*big welcome back hug*

I know! At least I'm back to a Wadjet Eye one? :P

Yes, the trip was very good, and I really enjoyed watching the plays (funnily enough I enjoyed the non-Shakespeare ones most). I'm still super exhausted though. :P

*big fat hug* How has your week been?

I don't think Moon will care about what kind of picture it is, she will be mad unless you go back to your old one. Although, if we only knew the day she was due back then we could have all swapped avatars with each other to make things extra confusing. :-)

I am glad to hear you had a good time. What did you think of the Globe Theatre? It's good to hear you got to see several plays, including some non-Shakespeare plays.

My week was good, thank you. Lots of work, but not too bad.

*big return hug*

Haha yes, somehow I don't think she'd be happy about that. ;)

The Globe was really impressive! Standing for three hours really wore me out though, I was about ready to faint by the end of it. I really liked the plays I saw in the Swan theatre; I was seated on the front row both times and the actors came super close.

Good to hear you're doing all right, and I hope things will become a bit more quiet for you soon.

It was super awesome! I started and finished it on the Sunday I returned home. :P Really appealed to the sci-fi nerd in me. I'm doing well, aside from an enormous amount of thesis-related stress. :P How about you? Are you doing well?

Hello! *big hello hug*

How are you, have you had a good evening?

Is that you I can hear singing, or is it another owl hooting? :-)

*more random hugs, just because*

It is nice seeing a Shakespeare in a replica of the theatre house he would have shown his play in. The Swan theatre is a lot more comfortable and intimate, and it is part of the Royal Shakespeare Company, so it gets to host some very good plays as well.

Was the weather okay for you while in England? I hope the locals were nice to you? :-)

Thank you, hopefully this week is the last long week for a few months, which I am exited about as I get my evenings back.

*random hugs*

How are you doing?

Definitely, even if not quite under the same conditions. ;) Yes, I really liked the Swan. The main theatre in Stratford was fine too, although I didn't really enjoy Merchant of Venice which I saw there, so I think that coloured my perception a bit.

Yes, the weather was better than expected! One day was super sunny and we were able to sit outside for a few hours having a lovely tea. :)

Here's to hoping! You deserve some time off. :)

Good to hear! And yes, it was an awesome holiday, I really needed a break like that. :D
Oh nice to see that Moon briefly popped in. :)

(also I just need confirmation: is Moon a he or a she? I'm always lost on that :P)

Glad to hear you have had a relaxing evening.

I am good, thank you. Today was quite a quiet day, but the next few days will be very busy.

The same conditions? I know, but we don't have Bubonic plague in Europe anymore, so you will have to make do. :-)

Why did you not enjoy the Merchant of Venice? Was it just the play, or the performance? I am glad the weather was nice, and that you managed to enjoy the sun.

I will still be working 12+ hours, but at least I get my evenings back.

Moon is a lovely German lady. :-)

It's not official yet, but it looks like I've got the job~! Woohoo~! He has to pass things by his boss first, but as long as there are no unexpected hiccups along the way, it looks like I'll be starting on June 8th! ^__^
