Ixamyakxim: Have you played the Game of Thrones one? I wouldn't snatch it up now but I'm mildly curious if it should be on my radar. My one fear is that these games, at their heart are "Click Here To Continue" and little else. Any insight?
Also, welcome back yes? Are you one of the people who went away recently?
No, I don't have that one yet, it's still too expensive for me. I own the two Walking Dead games and Wolf Among Us on Steam. I really really recommend Wolf Among Us, definitely snap that up if nothing else. It's true that your choices don't have that much impact. There are usually a couple of important ones that make a difference and the rest more or less leads to the same outcome. I still have fun choosing the different responses and sort of roleplaying, though. It's definitely more of a cinematic experience than anything else, so if you find choice and consequence super important, be warned that most choices don't have a lot of impact. It's fun seeing how characters respond to you, though, and the fact that you only have a set time to choose an option to respond makes it more exciting, as you have to go with your initial choice. There are also some QTEs in battle scenes and the like, those require some timed button mashing. Also, welcome back yes? Are you one of the people who went away recently?
Correct, I went to England for a week, which was a lot of fun. Thanks for the welcome back. :P
