I think the last Call of Duty game I played was the first game that was not set during the Second World War. I enjoyed the WW2 era games, they were a lot better than the Medal of Honour WW2 games, IMO.

Finally, *finally* my friends who won't use Steam will be able to experience the incredible The Walking Dead games! WOOHOO~! I'm SO very excited to see that GOG will be getting the newest Telltale Games series here! *does a happy dance* What a great surprise to find today!

Also, I have a job interview this afternoon -- in about four hours -- and just heard back on another job I applied for, saying that I've passed the first hurdle, and they'll be calling me for an interview in the next few weeks. What a great birthday!

Have you played the Game of Thrones one? I wouldn't snatch it up now but I'm mildly curious if it should be on my radar. My one fear is that these games, at their heart are "Click Here To Continue" and little else. Any insight?

Also, welcome back yes? Are you one of the people who went away recently?

I can't speak for GoT, but I *have* played the Walking Dead games and A Wolf Among Us. I have no doubt that GoT follows the same kind of principles: Incredible story, quick decision-making (although they CAN be paused if you need more time), and action scenes. They never felt like visual novels to me... and as you may have guessed from my excitement, the TWD games are among my absolute favorite games, period.
