Hmmm. Dr. Pepper, raw meat, a few vegetables and a crock pot. This could either work out beautifully, or I could end up with a slow-cooked abortion by the end of the day.

Or, I could switch out Dr. Pepper for Sunkist soda, and up the chances of total failure substantially.
Think I'm going to go with the latter option. =)

Yeah, it's pretty good. Would pass you an extra if not for the whole "this stupid can won't fit in my modem" thing.

Maybe for the same reason I haven't - just fiddling around, doing little odds and ends of whatever instead.

For what it's worth I put in a tiny bit of Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2.

SO much more fun than Dark Forces 1! Can't wait until I can use a lightsaber and duel some Sith Lords. And mow over a few stormtroopers.
Burritos almost finished. Best part is that now I have about a dozen burritos for the next few days.
Good evening everyone. This is Hamburg calling - i'm back from FedCon *big hugs and waves*

How are you all doing?

Looking forward to trying that series after reading so many good things about it.

Think I might start a Vampire Bloodlines run later. Trying to get out of my comfort zone and pick characters I haven't beaten the game with before, but playing as a stuck-up douchebag, generic punk rebel or spineless flunky all sound boring.

That's good :)
The convention was great. Met some really great people from all over europe...visited some really funny panels (especially the one with David Hewlett and David Nykl aka Rodney McKay and Radek Zelenka from Stargate Atlantis :D ).

That's good to hear :).
Good Luck. The older Paradox Games can be really tough to get into...:).
(But iirc Crusader Kings 1 might be the 'easiest' of those to learn)
