We were hit by an Earthquake this morning at about 0250hrs (BST). 4.2, so nothing too scary.
It rattled by bed so much I thought my luck had changed!

I figured that you'd probably need a full recharge while working, and dragging a wading pool around just isn't feasible. So now it's more like an airline bag with wheels and a handle...only full of coffee.

Think my list is at 172, or some insane number. My wish at this point is that I had the sanity to delete all of it. -laughs-

Happy to hear your last pre-weekend day should be generally pleasant.

4.2 mostly only manages rattle the walls, displace furniture and give you the perfect excuse for finally getting rid of that horrible commemorative plate you got gifted by that same relative who thinks clay cat figurines are the height of sophistication.

Oh, yes, I have to go and drop my car at the garage on Saturday late morning... it makes a strange banging noise... half of my stop lights are missing... and I have to make the motor vehicle inspection done... I hope it won't cost me an arm. (Sorry, it's a word-by-word translation... I'm french !!!) ;-)
And it bothers me a little, as the garage owner is my cousin's husband, and he alsways openly tries to pick me up >:-| ... I hate going there alone... but well.
Other than that, I may go to the restaurant or something with the owlet's dad in the evening, because it was his birthday yesterday, and we couldn't celebrate it, since he wasn't at home of all week...
What about you ?... anything fun planned ? :-)

That sounds fantastic... You'll have to draw me the plans for this airline bag with wheels and handle... so I'll ask Moon to build me one as soon as she gets back from her camping week... unless... I'm sure DD could handle that... too bad she is always so busy working !! ;-p

Hello, lovely Owl! *big morning happy hug*

I was very busy with work these last few days, and last night I was having a lovely time with my partner, so I was not able to come online and say hello.

I am doing awesome! I was a little late to work this morning, but that's okay. I was up late with my partner as she is not at work today, so we have a lovely night together, doing silly things like dancing in under the stars in the garden, having a candle lit dinner, and other fun and silly things. It was lovely, but we did stay up quite late, and unfortunately I slept through my alarm this morning. She is coming to keep me company later today, which will be great. There is also just one week more of long hours then I have my evening back. So overall I am in a very happy mood.

How are you, I hope you are doing great? Did I miss anything fun?
