ZenWan: Hi Crow, good to see you. ..
CarrionCrow: Wouldn't worry about it, since I'm pretty sure I've clenched the title of "person senseless enough to play something no matter how horrible".
I have the game you mentioned, and more than a few that are also awful, and they all get a playthrough.
Hooray.
Yes, ice water sounds like a good idea. Maybe a wading pool in your house near the air conditioner, with an extra fan plugged in on the side.
Hi again, just kidding about the pigeons, as read - somewhere - that it was your favourite game. ;-) Was just laughing at your description of your latest game exploits, I'm pretty sure you must have clinched the title of 'most imaginative evil player'. Digital venom, for sure, even if you've retired that description.
No aircon, have to rely on fans, and the age-old trick of opening up all the doors and windows early in the morning, then shutting the place down tight before the heat hits.
Thank you for your kind words about my photos - if it's ok, here's another - the small chapel on the hill near the boardwalk, once part of a big fortress to guard against pirates and other marauders.
Editing to say that those are real clouds, which is rare at this time of the year, but the wind blew them all away. :-(
EndreWhiteMane: Whew! 613gb of GOG installers, all backed up and updated.
Didn't think I'd ever finish that project. ;)
Aloha everyone, other than bum shoulders and backs I hope you're all doing well.
Wow, good for you, Endre - I'm trying to do the same, and it's a killer job.
Can one actually install and run games from an external hard drive? I have not been able to get that to work,. My main hard drive is rapidly running out of space.
