HypersomniacLive: I'm quite tired, I gave my feedback on the Chat system, in hope that some of this will reach the right eyes and ears.

My back's stubbornly refusing to get better, and ElTerprise yelling at it didn't seem to do a thing. Will see how it is in the morning. But I see that your shoulder's not better either. Perhaps we should get my back and your shoulder to hang out together. ;-P
I hope someone does take note of your feedback, especially after all that you have provided. But as you know, they seem to have already made up their mind about what will and will not change.

Sorry to hear your back is refusing to get better. Is there anything else you can do to help, or will it just take some time?

ddickinson: Hello, Hyper! *half hug*

How are you today, is your back any better?

moonshineshadow: Yep, looking forward to the conference, hopefully many interesting and useful presentations and discussions :-)
And no, after these holidays I'll only have a few days left, which I'll need for the days between Christmas and New Year.
avatar
HypersomniacLive: Hope the conference will deliver. :-)
It's a very long time till Christmas. Are there at least any public holidays between now and then?
No, this canton has almost no public holidays and this year it is bad luck, the Swiss National Holiday is on a Saturday :D

ddickinson: I am glad that it won't disturb your kids too much. I guess that is one of the nice things about living in a nice rural area, I don't get bothered by drunks.

So how are you, are you feeling all better now? How is work, still keeping you busy?
From my experience, encounters with drunks a more rare but more dangerous in rural areas.

And yes, feeling better, fortunately. :-)
Took a few day off from work. It will probably will come back at me with a vengeance, but it was necessary.

ElTerprise: Alright everyone. Going to sleep now *good night hugs and waves*
See you all tomorrow :).
Good night hugs!

I am glad to hear you are feeling better. Do you have anything nice planned for your weekend? Are you hoping for anything special in the weekend promo?
All right, finished with Icewind 2, finally. Time to decide what to play next.
Well I had better call it a night. Have a good evening, everyone!

*Goodnight hugs and silly waves*

Glad to hear your long journey is over. I hope the next game you play is one that you will enjoy fully.

If it doesn't get better with the meds, then I'll likely have to go for the injections treatment (stronger substances). I'd rather not, but if the meds don't help, it will spread to my leg, and that's something I can't have.

Of course, the more the merrier! :-)

No such thing. If I enjoy something fully, it means my brain isn't working well enough to analyze it properly.

Nothing special is planned. My wife is buried in her work for the training. Kids are really starting to miss her :-/.
Concerning the promo... I hope nothing of interest will creep up :-P
Seriously, I instabought the Saints Row package, and although SR2 refuses to work properly on my machine, I got hooked by SR3 (what insane whackiness..) while I should be playing Witcher 2 finally to prepare for #3...
Also I've spent too much money already (also could not resist the earlier Light Saber bundle...).

The nice thing about being really sick - not even being able to seriously pursue progress in any of my "current" games - was having time to just surf the library and try out the games I have bought or have been gifted but never came around to give them a go. Now I have some really nice "first impressions" of a number of games on my shelf. So far there is no game I would consider a fail, on the contrary. A lot of them I could not stop to keep playing easily.

Eventually, but not right now. I have four games in that series to do, an EE run of Icewind and Planescape.
Don't want to burn out early.

*good night hug* Sleep well!

I'll also try to get some sleep *good night hugs and waves*
Just checking in, before checking out.

Like a Simpson's character.

Any earth shattering revelations I might have missed?
Good night DD and Moon. Come back tomorrow morning for iced/dark roast coffee. :)
