Yeah. The first at the job went good this morning (well it's a survey after all) and i had sports as every thursday so i'm now exhausted but it was a good day for me :).

I can imagine. You have a busy week next week, but at least there is a lovely vacation waiting afterwards. :-)

We sure are going to miss you while you are away, but it's great that you will be enjoying yourself and having a great time.

Not really as it is based around counting and interviewing train passengers for a private regional railway company.

Wife in bed, but it's fucking loud outside. In Germany today is "Men's day" a holiday. An excuse for (mostly masculine) people to "party" and getting dead drunk.

Of course I have spent the day like a real man. Hanging up dozens of child's knickers on the clothes lines in the yard this morning and taking them off in the evening. Tidying the kitchen and preparing dinner (red and green beans with bacon and potatoes with an idea of chili).

But I listening to the drunks outside - I wouldn't trade.

Far out. I thought the States had a monopoly on making up stupid holidays in order to get shitfaced on weekday. :D

Does the noise go on until the early hours of the morning? Also, you continentals sure have some strange holidays. :-)
