ddickinson: It works a lot like the old PM system, just with some faults.

1. If you press enter, it does not make a line break, it sends the message (you use shift+enter for a new line).

2. The text box is very small, so if you write a long message, it gets covered up and you have to scroll to read it.

3. The box is at the bottom, and the messages are ordered from bottom to top (where as the old system had new messages at the top and older ones at the bottom).

4. There could be more things that I have missed.

If you want I can send you a message and you can see for yourself, or were you after someone using Galaxy to chat with?

ddickinson: But what if you have something important to do on a day when the weather is horrible. You might not want to miss the day, so you will be stuck with the bad weather. Plus, with a weather machine you could help Hyper and his back by making sure he has lots of sunny days and that the humidity is perfect for him.

Yep, did not think of that. Getting a weather machine would be much better.

The chat I just had with Billy was from my browser.
Billy is not on my 'friend list' yet.
It does not show in Galaxy and I see no way of chatting with 'non-friends' from there.
Has anyone else tried this?

At the moment in galaxy you can chat only with friends. So browser > galaxy :D

Doesn't work in Galaxy. It shows notifications there though...

So Galaxy is friends only? That's strange, as I thought the client was just a glorified web browser for some things?
