CarrionCrow: Okay...finally got the numbers to mesh up. So annoying when the pattern doesn't make sense due to pieces being missing at times.

But thanks to Nordic and GOG, I found the right combo and now I'm up another 10 games. Can't complain there.
avatar
ddickinson: Ten games? There is only one for me, but I have to wait for Moon so I can ask if I can buy it or not.
*quick visit to the thread*
Sure go on *big hug*
*back to work*

Yes. Pretty much wiped out whatever Nordic had left. Only left 3 items on the table, but between reviews and lack of interest, I'm not really worried about it.
As a bonus, I also now have the Victoriana corebook to check out while it all downloads.

ddickinson: One more point to go! :-)
avatar
ElTerprise: Yup. This evening it'll happen :D

avatar
EndreWhiteMane: Congrats, I'm still debating on buying 2. :-)
avatar
ElTerprise: Moin Endre :)
Which two?
Sorry, it's not safe to reveal those things around here.
I'll tell you after I buy them. (or not) :-)
avatar
EndreWhiteMane: Sorry Tom, but if I cover up this mankini Owl will have me put in the oubliette. And I'm claustrophobic. :-(
We both know Owl would not mind, especially if it is to help Tom. Now go get changed, you can keep the mankini on underneath if you wish. :-)

ElTerprise: What do you got from them?
Neighbors from Hell, Chaser, Spellforce 2 Dragon Storm, Spellforce 2 Shadow Wars, Spellforce 2 Dragon Storm, Spellforce 2 Demons of the Past, Full Spectrum Warrior, Full Spectrum Warrior Ten Hammers, Black Mirror 3 and Sanctuary RPG Black.

Now you got everything from Nordic? Huh...Spellforce Faith in Destiny was never released here, was it? It's the only Spellforce game missing...

Yay! I can go complete my Black Mirror collection, and I get 75% off!

I know you are very busy, but I hope you and your work are both doing great?

*lots and lots of big hugs*

So there is some hope left for you, at least you do not buy every game just for the sake of it. :-)

And what is the Victoriana corebook?

Just so you know, Chaser is VERY hard (IMO), even on the easier setting. I played it with my brother a while ago (I tend to play a lot of FPS games with my brothers, as they are more fun that way. We each take a life or level and complete the single player campaign). I really liked the game, even though some did not like the game. The story could be better, but the guns are good, the AI seemed okay, and the game is nice and long, with lots of different locations. The ending is a bit meh, but I think maybe there was originally going to be a sequel, but that never happened.

Pen and paper roleplaying game. At a glance, it looks a bit like Arcanum, a combination of steampunk and magic, set in 1800's era London.

I've heard that about Chaser's kick your teeth in difficulty level. Shouldn't be a problem, I'm used to it.
Went back and forth on getting it last time, didn't want to pass it up again.

toxicTom: Just a quick Hello! and *waves only* from sickbed :-(

Been down with fever (38-39.5°C) for the last two days.
Get well soon!

And thanks everyone for filling me in on that new friends thing.
What is the effect if I send someone a friend request? Can I, like, see their activities or something?

By the look of it, what's up and running right now are the abilities to chat with people on your list without having to use messages, and you can also see what a person is playing if they have it loaded up through Galaxy.

You can see if someone's online or what one's playing through Galaxy

That sounds like fun, I enjoy some Steampunk. Although my favourite kind would be the kind in Warhammer 40K. The whole World War 1 & 2 era themes (such as the vehicles) mixed with the future is something I have always enjoyed. But I don't think that is quite Steampunk, as that is generally Victorian era with steam powered technology. I'm not sure what 40K's setting would be described as.

I would think you would enjoy the challenge of Chaser. I can imagine you trying the hardest difficulty and manically playing the game while repeatedly dying, all the while with a crazed smile on your face. :-)

I am covered in mud and soaked from the rain, so I think a wave would be better as it would not get you all messy. :-)

How are you today? Are you looking forward to the weekend? Anything catch your eye from the weekend sale?

Hi there, everybody !!! :)
**Big hugs, and coffee**
How are you doing ?...
I'm great, I slept in until midday... !!! n__n
I've installed GOG Galaxy client... I have a (silly) question : I see I can install again games that are already installed on my computer... will it install them again ? (on my computer ? on a server ?)... I installed Sokobond... which was already on y computer... I can run it both from my hard drive or from Galaxy... what is the difference ? Will my progress be saved only on the version I launched ?...
Thanks for reading me n__o
**Another random big hug**

Use the "Import games" button to add games you already have installed to galaxy to avaid having it installed twice. Then the saves will be the same regardless from where you start it ;-)
