ElTerprise: Thank you.
What i found interesting when i was in Dublin was that irish terms were quite common but a lot of people didn't speak it very well.
(Garda Síochána was Garda Shi-cana iirc...?)

Yay ;).
Huh..that's interesting. I read some crime novels from him set in Galway...

Might have guessed it: I'm really fascinated in Ireland :)
Yeah, that sounds about right... I think the correct pronunciation is something like Gaurd-a She-o-cana, but to be honest most people in Ireland can't speak very well full stop...

Well, we are a fascinating people ;P

moonshineshadow: For now I will stick to the game, not sure if until the end, but probably so. I'll just play it in shorter sessions than I normally would.

ddickinson: Had the sub-forum offered not hope in fixing the problem?
No, several people wrote of the same problem. But no one found any solution. But at least I do not have the crashes every few minutes like other persons had. And the problem is, this problem was introduced with a later patch, it did not happen with the first version. But they never investigated or even fixed it...
I am thinking about installing my unpached disk version and testing if the save game would work...

I hope to hell you don't work in a nuclear power plant. :P

"Hey Dave, what is that alarm?"

"Not now, I'm getting my ass handed to me on Dantooine!"

Yeah. So your anthem Amhrán nabhFiann might be interesting (unless you intonate it in english)...;)

I really liked it there - although i had trouble understanding the english sometimes ;).

ElTerprise: Probably as soon as my aunt tells us. Unfortunately no one of my family here in Hamburg will be able to travel to Hesse in the next days...
Well I will keep my fingers crossed that it will be good news. The regular kind of good news, not GOG's "Good News™".

*drops on top of moon slimming her* Sorry but it was necessary for me to do that.

Space Mutiny is still a better MST than The Killer Shrews.

I wonder why they have not fixed the problem they introduced in the patch, especially as I have heard people say that Project Red are a very customer focused company?

Not at the same time... I've just been doing both this weekend :P

That being said.. before I went self employed I did use to play some free to play online games while at work... :/
But that was because I was admin for a bunch of really badly managed people who never did any work, and therefore never generated any admin...
I'm fairly sure no one died while I was playing Settlers Online...

How do you a a silly wave? Do you RIver Dance and wave at the same time?

moonshineshadow: *big return hug* I listened to some music, read a bit and played a bit Witcher 2 (would have played more if the crashes had not annoyed me) and enjoyed cooking.
Strangely enough TW2 never crashed on me, while Skyrim always crashes at least once per hour (sometime even within minutes, seems to depend on the area).

What did you cook?

Odd.. i never had crashes on any of those games although Skyrim tends to act weird after alt-tabbing it....

No need to thank me, but you are welcome none the less. This thread does seems to be a nice place for offering support, or so I have heard. :-)

If I should guess I would say they did not fix it since it only crashes for some pc users who are using win7. So the number of people was not big enough for them to care.
But perhaps I am just pessimistic.

And I really hope they change their stupid saving system in Witcher 3.
