How are you doing today?

My Saturday evenings and Sundays are always really nice, partly due to me being off work, but also as I get to do lots of enjoyable and fun things while spending lots of time with my partner. And because I have been working so long these last few weeks I am really missing her and our time together.

You are right, just spending some time with someone can be great, even if you do not do anything special. I hope you and your friend have a lovely time no matter what you and he decide to do. I know your friend might not be a he, but if you remember correctly, Owl said he was a he, so he IS a he now! :-)

Yeah, the whole gifting thing is getting out of control, ninjas everywhere. :-)

Probably just another week or so. Getting things sorted for the summer is always hard, but this year is especially hard due to my mum and dad being in hospital at Christmas, and my brother sadly losing his daughter, so we have been short handed quite a lot so far this year and things tend to built up. We try to make the weekend as nice as possible, since it's the only time we have together where we don't have to worry about being at work or anything like that.

I am glad to hear it has stopped raining for you, is the sun out? It looks overcast here, and there is a very strong cold wind, but other than that it's a nice day. What are your plans for the day, anything fun?
