Hey :-) I'm fine, thanks !!
And thank you very much for your wishes... better late than never, as I owlways say !! n__n
Now, you didn't answer : how are - you - doing ? ;-)
Oops, I thought I did. I'm doing ok, still not 100% but good enough to function, and keep smiling. :-)

EndreWhiteMane: Hi Hyper! Nice Labrador this morning. :-)
Glad you liked it. How's your knee doing?

avatar
GhostwriterDoF: Getting that installed momentarily... Yes, Barefoot_Monkey set up my account already. :D

Now I'm cleaning up my wishlist... and also tidying up my game shelves of all the cobwebs.
OK then, send me a PM when you're ready.

I'm going to log off for a moment to check if a different browser gives me the same issues.

And hello to all others.

moonshineshadow: Yeah. But seriously this person... *argh*
Relax. He'll throw his tantrum and disappear.

AgentBirdnest: Awesome! I'd never turn down a sexy skirt! Pants are overrated! ^^

LaPtiteBete: So. What do you think about your... new outfit ? n__o *teehee*
o__o ... I like it a lot!! (Does it come with the breasts? I've always wanted to try those!! ;-p)

lol... This put a much needed smile on my face... Thank you so much, my favorite Owl :-)
**Extra-tight hug with a kiss on your cheek** :")

moonshineshadow: Argh... how can people be so stupid? Sometimes it is unbelievable.

Grargar: The low price helps to override any kind of logic.

Oh, and hi to all.
Greetings!

I didn't see any logic to that train of thought process for the OP of that Thread, other than a one track mind, and a bit more edgy (in a not nice way( than a desperate gamer trying to get a game on... :/
avatar
moonshineshadow: Yep. But I am not sure if he'll understand then. It is not like we used complex sentences to explain.
avatar
ElTerprise: True. It's one of those folks who don't understand that third-party resellers are shady at best (except from the official Steam resellers)...
It's like the suckers circle of life - You buy a key for a $59.99 game from "OMGMOAR733TKEYZZZBRAH.com" for .99, game gets cancelled because it was purchased with a stolen credit card, your credit care that you purchased stolen game with becomes next stolen credit card used to sell new .99 game to next sucker... sometimes I hate the internet.

It is just that. I get the feeling, that he is really not understanding the problem. Which makes it frustrating.

Right, I'm just testing Firefox with all the site functions before installing the "stuff" that GoG wiki dreams (automation) are made of... heh!

Odd that I was just about to PM you to see how you were doing, and you showed up today anyway. :)

I know - I actually went over to the thread to try and help. I wouldn't have made my somewhat rude post that you just quoted if it weren't for the fact that the guy in that thread was being a jerk (threatening, that kind of stuff).

If that happened to me, I certainly wouldn't be pissed at GoG, I think I'd humble up and rethink where I bought my keys. And probably be busy freezing the account I used to pay for it.

That's life. I still remember one person complaining that GOG was lying when they said $1 wasn't equal to €1. His "proof"? An image of the D&D bundle with a clear $21.1 price. Apparently, he thought that $21.1 automatically translated to €21.1, even though I showed him a picture with a €16.9 price, he completely ignored it and kept on complaining.

By the way - anyone in here want my "Star Wars Scraps" ? I have Dark Forces, Starfighter and KOTOR (I prefer KOTOR go to someone who hasn't played it or doesn't... "know" ... ;) )

The main problem is that many people believe these grey-market sellers and the youtubers who are endorsing those sites...

Ah yes, I remember that :D
(Which means I spent too much time on the forum here)
I wonder if those people are truly oblivious to what is going on or whether they just don't care. At any rate, this person's tactics appear to consist of yelling until someone hands them their game.

Tell me what's easier. Blaming yourself or others? :P
