moonshineshadow: Then it is Toonstruck :D
And I don't like this mix of real and cartoon, that is why it is not on my list ;-)
Only in games or also movies? What about Roger Rabbit?

Movies? What are movies? :P

FearfulSymmetry: Haha yes, technically the 4th is also a holiday here (although not everyone has the day off), but I'm already free anyway.

It's going quite well, I've written 4000 words so far, and I have about 11000 to go. I'm planning on finishing the first chapter tomorrow and sending it to my professor to get some feedback.
I just looked it up - 5th is Liberation Day right?

That's sounds good. Getting feedback is always helpful - in my case it made me rework my most important chapter of the thesis :)

Witchcraft! Moving pictures with sound. The evil tools of Mephistopheles himself. :-)

Sorta like books, only they move.

Oh, so that's a movie. I think I prefer the book. :-)

Sounds scary, I'll stick with my books and games ;-)

Does that count as HERESY then? ;)

Not the worst decision ;)

If I catch it, does it turn back into a book?

PalioDeMonte: Dammit, I must have clicked on the wrong list with my mobile phone - it's always so tiny. So I ended up looking at mrkgnao's list. It's definitely not on your list, although I wonder why not - considering your interest in P&C adventures and not finding it on your shelf.

Yes. It was so unbelievably funny when I played it. Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun is such a great, embarrassing character :D And I was completely able to ignore that Christopher Lloyd is no cartoon character. I mean, he even looks like one in real life ;)

Yes, that is correct. And on the 4th we commemorate the dead, although many people do not get that day off.

Yes, it definitely is, and this professor loves nitpicking. He told us he doesn't have the time to read our entire thesis, so I only get to submit one chapter. I'll just submit this first one so I have some general feedback to work with as I write the other chapters.

If you mean by 40K standards, then pretty much everything can be seen as heresy. It is a cold dark place in the 41st millennium. :-)

moonshineshadow: If I catch it, does it turn back into a book?
Yes, but only if you catch it before it lands in the mud, after that it becomes illegible and becomes a movie forever. :-)

You know, that's a pretty good description of most books that have been turned into movies.
"A book that's been drug through the mud".
I like it! :-)
Edit: Should have said movies based on books, but you knew what I meant. :-)

That is why I never watch movies or TV series that have been made based on books, with one exception. Not that I watch a lot of other movies ;-)

Yep, that's why I stopped watching Game of Thrones.

I do watch a lot of movies. :P
