I am doing great, feeling so refreshed after my nice weekend away.
How are you, did you have lots of fun without me?

I spent a good one as well... I went to the cinema (almost 18 months since last time I did...), and saw my family to celebrate both my sister's and my birthdays...
Was there a party here ? ... I didn't come from all the weekend... :-| (I wasn't invited anyway... >:-( ... lol n__o)
What are your plans... back to work I presume ?

That's pretty much the whole situation in a nut shell. I have to say I'm somewhat impressed at how quickly they dropped it, they must have been seriously worried... but hopefully the damage is done and people realise just what kind of money grapping arseholes Valve have become. And no doubt they will revive the system when a suitable new game comes out..
Not sure, but I'm guessing releases, although they didn't do a sale yesterday and hinted at something for today so it could be a bit of both...
I wonder if it is the last of the Lucas Arts games being released today?
I raise your wet and cold, with my wet, cold, and covered in mud. :-)

I theory yes. Apart from university i wanted to enjoy the great weather - but i've huge internet issues at the moment and telephone doesn't work properly. I'm losing internet connection pretty much every few minutes for some time :(

I am not sure if there was a party here, but there is often lots of fun going on while I am away, usually sales where I miss the chance to ninja gift. :-)
I am back at work today. A nice easy morning, then back to the harder work this afternoon, with this week being another week of long days. Do you have anything nice planned for the day?
We had 2 borthday cakes, one with chocolate my Dad bought, and one with strawberries my mom did... very good ! and sparkling candles in a potato... lol :D
Well, I think you can as well take a break from ninja-gifting ; didn't you hit many people recently ... ? ;-p
Nope, nothing special planned for the day... a cool day of working, then a cool evening with my angry owlet, then a cool restful night at my computer :-p

ddickinson: I doubt it will really damage Steam much, maybe a little short term. Gamers seem to be willing to bend over backwards to please publishers and companies like Steam, which is why we end up with all these practices. They will go back to supporting Steam and not vote with their wallets like they should have done when things like micro-transactions and DRM first appeared.

How are you other than wet, cold and covered in muck? ;-)
Weekend was mostly nice. Today started not too well... Cold and rain and little one being stubborn made us take almost an hour on the way to kindergarten, when usually we need half an hour (20 minutes when we're really good). Arrived at work soaked and shivering and totally exhausted. And work pile is rather... mountainous.
