Well, it's been long enough that I'm now wondering what GOG is doing 2 hours, 39 minutes from now.
They have occasional lag time, but if there was a standard sale and nothing else it would have been posted by this point.

LOL!! Yeah... Poor Henry ;-) I might be a refreshing change from the dogs that try to chase him next door, though :-D

I am 56.3% sure my brother is still in the same state as me... But he and his wife have talked about moving west soon, and we hardly ever hear when they actually do something, so I can't be sure... They keep to themselves most of the time; it is just how they naturally are. It usually doesn't bother anyone. (They are kinda dicks... Still love them, though :-))

Gothic I'm now playing for the third time. I needed a game that my kids would love to watch me play (they love fantasy RPGs for that matter, in the past it have been Oblivion, Skyrim, Two Worlds 1+2 and Divinity 2). Since I want to start The Witcher 2 (again) and that game is not really suitable for the kids, I was looking for an alternative. Since I already know Gothic it doesn't feel like I'm playing two big RPGs at once, and also the game is in German - for the first time the kids actually understand what the people talk about.

Actually I was surprised of how Gothic still holds up pretty well. Exploration and progress are very satisfying, the visuals have aged of course, but it's still a damn fine game.

What to say about Trine other than STAY AWAY!. I just wanted to try it out a few days ago and now I'm nearing the end...

Aw... Your kids are watching you play, that's cute !! :D ... I used to watch my Dad play too... how old are they, again ?...

We have to sign for packages fairly often, so we see him a lot :-)
You can love someone even though they are a dick... right? That whole "unconditional" thing... He's my brother, and I'll always love him... but he is quite a dick, too n__n ... I always wish the best for him... but he can also go kiss a pigeon taint... lol ;-p
