Hi everybody, hope you're having a good weekend! *hugs and waves *

CarrionCrow: Doing all right here. Watching Daredevil as a way to put off looking to see how much progress I lost when Icewind crashed on me earlier. -laughs-
Aside from that, it's a nice day, good weather and a bare minimum of chair sleeping. Always a good thing.

LaPtiteBete: I don't know Daredevil... another Marvel Hero ?
Yes. I enjoyed the first three episodes and consider the narrative being much better than Agents of S.H.I.EL.D. But it's much more violent, so I wouldn't recommend it to everyone.

On the other hand it fits quite nicely with this thread. Daredevil's sign is DD and there's a villain called The Owl :D

toxicTom: Fine! Just having coffee and developing a strategy to get to kids to sleep after lunch. Of course they don't want to, but they look really tired and are rather fractious.
That's good to hear. So you managed to sleep well after all? Iiirc you were taling about a crying possibly hindering you to sleep...

Getting the kids to sleep sound like a real challenge indeed ;).

Good morning *hug*. Yep I'm good although the weather is dull today....
That sounds promising although i can't compare it to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as i haven't seenn this either :).

The signs are a really hilarious coincidence :D

It's a challenge, yes... I hope it earns a lot of XP if I can complete it ;-)

The eerie crying stopped shortly after I had written about it. So fortunately I could fall asleep easily.

At least i hope you'll level up then ;)

It probably stopped because you wrote about it ;)

Hello people!
Hey everyone :)

Just about to try and finish reading the manual for Star Wars Rebellion so I can play it. I really appreciate Tom's two recent ninja gifts, but I don't think I've ever started a game and had literally no clue what to do or where to click, and then Tom gifted me two games where that was the case XD
Figured out Populous eventually with some help from the manual and had a bit of fun with, hoping to be able to play Rebellion in a few minutes once I've read the rest of the important bits in the manual.

I thought I missed game manuals... but after being confronted with a 150+ page one that is required reading to understand the game I'm not sure I do anymore XD

How is everyone else today?

What games are you downloading?

I never really used Steam much, I've only got 1 game there that I actually bought myself (EU IV from Humble) and the rest are freebies or won on giveaways here. But I haven't touched any of them in ages, and I've stopped entering giveaways for Steam games (or many giveaways at all really). Can't really see myself using it much, particularly in light of the recent stuff.

l0rdtr3k: [...] Deus Ex for The Nameless Mod.
Dues Ex is my favorite game for mods. There are a lot of great ones. My personal favorites are ZODIAC and Burden of 80 Proof. I haven't tried any over the last 5 years, though...
As impressive as it was, I found The Nameless Mod to be a bit too big for me. I got totally lost. I suppose I should give it another try sometime, as my tastes have changed over the years...
