I very vaguely remember seeing that years ago. I remember it well enough to know that it's crap. ;)

What I'm hoping for is that Daredevil takes off (which it totally looks like it is, given that the second season has already been greenlit according to an article I read yesterday), leading to more street-level heroes, which will hopefully lead to a full-on Punisher series.
The last thing Punisher-related I've seen on screen that wasn't a disappointment somehow starred Dolph Lundgren in the late 80's, early 90's. The character deserves a good movie or show based on them.

But the Director's Cut of it was okay....ish :).

That would be nice although that would make it even more complicated to keep track in the Marvel cinematic universe....;)

I've yet to see anything related to the Punisher (all movies are more or less edited in Germany...) but from what i've heard it's a great character :).

I'm keeping the complication level simple. I'll pick and choose what I feel like watching and disregard the rest.
If the writers are smart, they'll keep the ever-expanding web of movie titles on the fringes of the series so people don't feel like they need to watch 12+ hours worth of films to play catch-up.

What I like most about the Punisher is that he has an extremely straightforward approach.
People who are clearly evil aren't beaten silly, dropped off in some silly manner, detained so they can inevitably escape and keep on doing bad things. He just kills them all. -laughs-

Imho the writers did this very good so far...

Been experimenting with a music genre labeled Chillhop.
It's kinda interesting. I'm too old to get too much into hip-hop. Or too lazy to boogie with it :p
And the ambient things just... Well there's not enough texture...
Found something where they put some Robin Williams stuff in there.
What a wonderful guy he was, such a rich voice too, perfect for chillhop :)
Anyhow just enhanced a new weapon in Divinity II, pretty sure I'm getting to the end with this one...

edit: as the thread seems to gone for a haunt-mode or graveyard shift I'll pour in more of my inane monologue :)
Bandcamp has some rather quality chillhop, put in a tag search and bought a Essenchill Volume 1 half-blind for a dollar. Maybe I'm just bored to death with Divinity II, gotta be honest. Feel like walking in a deserst for a year, it was great exotic trip at first. Now I just want to see the Big Boss manifest so I can cut the bugger down and say "Yei!" and uninstall the game. Not that there hasn't been lots of fun along. But this is ridicilous :) My hero is tired, in need of drink!! There should be a end-quest after the Win where you just loot beer, beer and beer - getting utterly wasted in the process, then fall head-on to ground satisfied and a big smile on the face :)
