Oh, I won't feel guilty....just silly in that "you lunatic, you're never going to beat all these, so why do you keep buying them?" sort of way.
I mentioned it because I don't have a lot of coin right now but I really want Lords of Xulima. And so, GOG will put a sale up while not putting out the new release so I end up sitting here cursing at my own lack of restraint when I hit the sale and don't have money for the other thing. -laughs-

Well.... here's the deal...I couldn't wait, sprung for LoX on steam at a crazy discount, need to play it a lot more but so far I don't much care for it. Graphics, character movement, interface, meh.
Now I feel stupid.

Seriously laughing now, thinking about all the times I've stayed up to catch GOG updates. They update at 3 in the frigging morning here and I've still done it more times than I can count.

Don't feel bad. I hope this will turn out for you like it often does for me. I end up buying a game early because I really want it, then play it shortly, don't like it that much and feel stupid. After a few weeks or even months I'll start it again and I have fun and in the end I am happy that I bought it.

I am so lucky that normally the updates happen during my lunch break at work :D
