CarrionCrow: Had to redo mine, can't take a bard along even for giggles. Too many memories of them dying in seconds.

BillyMaysFan59: Thankfully I didn't choose Bard for any of my characters. Seemed to me like other classes were better. ;)

I'm off for the night now!

Oh, and......

--Conversational FFA Thread Song of the Day--

We Can Work It Out - The Beatles
Good song. =)

Have a good night, sleep well when you get there.
Good morning/night/whatever everyone!

Hope you're all doing fine. I just grabbed the games for my next GA, so I'm done with this promo :D

Good morning. =)

Can't complain here, hopefully you're having a good weekend also.

Got blindsided by this one, so I haven't been able to pillage it silly. Always annoying when that happens.
But on the bright side, Summer will be here soon enough.

CarrionCrow: Just got back from running around, doing crap. Lots of sun and fresh air and people and other things I kinda hate.
Back in my spot, having a smoke, enjoying the fan and the darkness. The warm 7-Up sucks, but overall it's much better.
Hi Crow - glad you're back in your peaceful corner, your trip sounds exhausting, people en masse are very draining and stressful, not to mention all the other stuff, although I'm partial to fresh air myself - but not to warm fizzy drinks. ;-)
Just read an article about why cats like to hide in cardboard boxes: seems a lot of it is for calming and stress relief - seems people have their own kind of cat boxes.

GOG shows you as grey, which may be an error, but if you're sleeping, hope it's not on your keyboard again.

Actually, I can't see anyone online, it's a sea of grey as I look down the pages, so I'll wander off now.

Good morning, afternoon / evening to anyone reading this. Hope that Ghost enjoyed his camping, and the Tyger her Fantasy party with that great outfit.
Enjoy your new games and have a happy Sunday.

Good morning. =)

It usually is for me. Large groups seem to drain patience that much more rapidly.

Good choice there. The beverage was less than pleasant. -laughs-

It's yet another error on GOG's part. I've been watching a program on Netflix, I guess the offline notification is what happens when a person is idle for very long, whether they've actually signed out or not.

How has your weekend been so far?
Weekend of Error Messages! Well what can you do? :)

Took me about 6 hours between Saturday and Sunday to get Silverlight at least some way working on a Linux Mint.
Now it's only playing best quality HD on Chrome but at least it plays the bloody movies... although it's too much for that old laptop and there are hiccups.
I feel obliterated :)

also getting my share of errors on gog.com, every other post doesn't work - not that people here are losing much :)

Sure, like I have mental power now to study how to play Europa Universalis II...

That sounds all too familiar. Finally gave up on trying to run things on Netflix via Firefox, one Silverlight-related error after another.
Having to use the Windows 8 app for it to run at all.
No changes in connection, settings, programs, any of it. The piece of crap just decided to stop working.

Was getting that a lot last weekend. The forum barely worked, had to refresh constantly since the page didn't want to finish loading, prevented me from posting most of the time.

could be, wouldn't be suprised if there was :p
Was just thinking more like doing the tutorials in-game though.
Checked out the interface and it looked complex, windows popping up and things happening in real-time.
Interesting, but too complex, when you have slept only 5 hours...

Sorry to bring back bad memories...
At least for me it's the secondary laptop. But I'm thinking of getting another one to replace that, a second hand, with windows 7 installed.
Though that seems like stupid thing to do, paying at least a hundred euros just to get a movie streaming :)

That would be a bit expensive, if all you ever do with that laptop is run movies.

This has happened before with Netflix. Something broke, I got ahold of tech support, did everything they said to no avail, and after a week or so, it went back to normal functionality on its own.

Well glad it worked out for you. Maybe I will also do that :) Occasionally giving the computer a stern stare to encourage problem-solving :p

All else fails, the occasional screamed threat while wielding a hammer or bat sometimes helps. ;)
Good morning everyone! *hugs and waves*

How are you all doing?

I had some weird relocation error when trying to log in on GOG....needed to restart Firefox twice...-.-
