FearfulSymmetry: Nothing for me in these last few bundles. Seems like a pretty good deal for those who want the divinity game though, has it been off this much before?
avatar
ddickinson: Oh dear, whatever will I do now? I guess I will have to gift you a game that was not part of the sale. :-)

*Goes off to check Fearful;s wishlist*
Haha, that's really lovely of you, but you don't have to feel obligated to buy me anything. :P

EndreWhiteMane: The History Lesson and Pack of War bundles and Space Colony tempt me but I know I'd never get around to playing them. My desire to collect seems to have tempered itself and now I'd actually like to get some played. :-)
Well if you are sure, I will stop myself from gifting while you play some of the games you already own. But next time you have to promise to let me gift you something?

(I am really glad to hear you are feeling better.)
So I just bought the divinity trilogy bundle, but I noticed something odd.

Am I the only one who finds the price to be 20 cents higher than on monday?

Can anyone else who uses euros confirm this?

Fuck Mario Draghi!

ddickinson: I had the same thought with regards to Original Sin. The Mound & Blade games seem good, not for me, but I have heard people speak well of them.
Thankfully i have time to decide :)

AgentBirdnest: So, now that I've safely bought Gothic for myself... the only one that I don't own from today's bundles is Galactic Civilizations, which I'm not interested in :-p
*Turns back on Agent and refuses to talk to him as he is being so mean*

*Walks away with my head hung low and a sad look on my face*

There was a slight decrease of the Euro for a few hours, then it went back to how it was before, maybe you got the game during those few hours?

ElTerprise: Hello, How are you doing?
It is much less hectic today than yesterday, plus I got up early just to see what was happening
in this Thread, and what popped up in the Bundles and weekend promo. :)

How are you doing today?

EndreWhiteMane: Might want to grab the Gothic games before they disappear from the shelves again
1 and 2 are very well thought of, 3 is supposed to be OK with mods.
I've actually only played 1 so far, very good game.
AFAIK they are now self-published by Piranha Bytes so they might actually stay this time :)
avatar
ElTerprise: Well It's a bit different when you're doing this alone :).

Divinity: OS of course (but i think i'll wait for bigger discount) and the Gothic games i think. I'm not sure about the Mount & Blade games. I've heard good things about them :)

I think Gothic 2, 3 and Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods are all back for the time being.
Their publisher is now listed as Piranha Bytes, not Nordic.

Unless the few hours are 4 minutes ago, seems unlikely.
Anyways, ElTerprise confirms it. Just checking.

Screw the confetti, somebody should shower Mario Draghi with spiked bats.

Edit: It's not just divinity. It's all the bundles. The D&D one also went up 20 cents. I don't really recalle the prices of the rest clearly enough, but I'd bet good money on similar small increments.

I'm sharpening my pitchfork already.

EndreWhiteMane: ... I see a lot of things that tempt me in the sales but one look at my backlog says no. :-)
I'm feeling the pressure of the backlog too, it isn't so much how many games I have already,
it's the "how many games I want to play" out of them that is calling, calling, calling...

and still we buy more. Although at some of those sale prices, who can blame themselves.

Plus all these new releases of games...
Especially ones we've always wanted to get but didn't have yet! heh!
