GhostwriterDoF: and... Good evening to you too. :)

<return hug>

And good day to you, Endre, BillyMaysFan59, ElTerprise, Moonshineshadow and to all of you not here,
as well as the lurkers too...
Good evening!

I see you are having a decent day, though quite a busy one. Are you going camping over the weekend? (Pr did I read your message incorrectly?)

moonshineshadow: My evening was quite normal. Nothing special.
*hug*
As long as you had some nice time to relax, a normal evening sounds okay. Have you been playing or reading anything fun this evening?

avatar
adaliabooks: Evening all!

I probably won't be around for long as we'll be having an early night, just came to see how everyone is.

New release today looks nice even if none of the bundles interest me.
Good evening!

I hope you and your fine lady are doing well? And enjoy your early night together.

avatar
l0rdtr3k: ANd now it's time for some ninja hugging.

The Lego bundle seems quite interesting.
Hello! *big hug*

How was your day at work, did the school kids behave themselves?

FearfulSymmetry: Hey everyone! How are you all doing? :)
I've been playing some Oblivion during my spare time this week, and I must say, I'm liking it a lot better than Skyrim. I thought Skyrim was okay, but Oblivion just feels more epic and engaging.
*welcome hug* Interesting, I heard often that Skyrim is better. Perhaps I should play Oblivion one day :D

Dag. I'm mostly fine. How are you?

I never really got into Oblivion...the enemy leveling annoyed me. Maybe i'll give it another chance. Reminds me that the german translation of the game was terrible as Bethesda did it inhouse iirc.

ElTerprise: Originally only Batman but Moon made me think about getting the Harry Potter ones as well :)
I am not sure I could manage the Harry Potter ones. I have a strong disliking for the books, and the author, so I think that might ruin the game for me. But I am sure they are all fun games.

Hello! *big hug*

How was your day at work, did the school kids behave themselves?
It was a bit troublesome because we also store old guns and they wanted to try it out.
At least with my knowlege of Forgotten Realms lore,I entertained them with some stories.

CarrionCrow: Doing all right here, so long as I don't go out in the sandstorm.

How was your day?
avatar
l0rdtr3k: Crow, ever heard of the Ultimate Apocalypse for Soulstorm? Is a mod that includes a lot of fixes and more units, including Titans and you can play as the Tyranids.
No, can't say that I have. Hopefully you have fun with it. =)

Could not really motivate myself to play something. Was just relaxing, listening to some music and preparing some stuff.

What era are the guns from that you store? That's good use of your Forgotten Realms knowledge to keep the kids occupied.

I found the books decent and i like the lego games and these are the only one i haven't played yet...
But it's quite possible that this could happen to you when you dislike the theme it's based on. I wouldn't try a game etc. if i had a dislike for the author or the theme.

Quite a fun mod indeed. Now I want to try out DoW 2 since it reminds me more of the tabletop, being focused more in squad tactics than traditional RTS.

That sounds like what I am doing. I am not always in the mood for reading or games after a really long day, so I am just relaxing and enjoying the night sky and listening to some music.

Mostly 19th and early 20th century but the firing mechanism was removed so they're pretty much useless but they can't touch anything because they're somewhat fragile due to being old.

Hmm. Patrolling the Mojave just made me wish that Bethesda would burn to the ground...

moonshineshadow: *welcome hug* Interesting, I heard often that Skyrim is better. Perhaps I should play Oblivion one day :D
*hug* Well, it definitely has better graphics and combat, but so far I'm liking the atmosphere and storyline better in Oblivion, which are more important to me. :)

Doing good as well, though my yoga class was pretty intense this week. :P I don't know about the translations, I always play things in English. Dutch translation isn't really available widely even if I wanted it. :) Yeah, the levelling's kind of annoying, but I just play on easy, as combat is not the most important aspect of the game to me.

ddickinson: Good evening! *evening hug*

Hey! *big hug* Yes, my evening was pretty good. I went to see an action movie with a friend after class, and that was pretty entertaining. Was your day all right?

Ah, yes, camping for a one day, one night and one day, or an "overnighter",
so you didn't read that incorrectly. :)

It will be nice to go, since I haven't gone out of the city at all last month.
I'm trying to make sure not to leave anything behind this time that I want to take out there.

I read you were busy too, but otherwise having a good evening.
I'm also cooking dinner early today, the phone is ringing a bit too.
