Additional - good morning to everyone who arrived while I was off making coffee and fixing a half-frozen toilet. How's the first day of the year treating you all?
I can now confirm that the first day of the year is treating me quite nicely. I'm almost completely recovered by now.

I hope that this becomes symbollic for the whole year.

Good New Year's Day, everyone!

Hope all the sick ones recover swiftly, having been sick on New Year's Eve and Day, I know how much it sucks.

It's a freezing quite day here, no headaches or anything, even though I got a tad too much to drink last night. ;-)

Hmm... would breaking that resolution on the first day bring you back to grumpy standard since you could not keep it longer? Making it kind of a mood-loop? :D
