I'm doing okay too! :) And yes, it's quite hilarious. This always happens when he publishes an article in our university paper. In fact, I'm wondering whether the staff of the university paper itself has picked up on the sarcasm at all.

It sounds like you have a busy weekend, but at least you should have some quiet time to work.

I do a bit of volunteering every now and then. The children's hospice is a very mixed emotions thing for me, as I mentioned before. But I try to go a few times a month, even if it's only for a an hour or so during the week. Every so often we go for a large chunk of the day on a weekend, usually a Sunday. They love having someone to read with them, and I normally take some classic books with me, which they just love, as for many of them the older books are things they have never heard of, let alone read.

It's very awesome that you do that, I think it definitely makes a difference and it should cheer them up somewhat.
