ddickinson: The first game is a lot better, IMO. It has a very nice charm to it. The second game was okay, but for me it was no where near as good as the first Red Faction game.
Red Faction II was pretty decent imho . Nothing out of the ordinary apart from the destruction engine but fun...

*flashbacks for a moment* but i still miss ONI on GOG. I really liked that game. Played around the same time like Red Faction II....

ddickinson: Well fingers crossed it will improve, at least so that you do not get bad headaches.

*Big comforting hug*
*Big thank you hug* I appreciate that :-)

Regarding spiders... Keep them the pluck away from me!! >__< My screams could break glass when they get anywhere near me. I can't kill them, though. I'm too nice. I politely help them find a new home - far away from mine.

The destruction engine on the first game was a lot better, IMO, even though it was still early days. You could bypass entire sections using it. It was also set on Mars, which was a cool setting. The second game was fun, but for me it had none of the charm or quality of the first game. It was like a sequel in name only.

Interesting. I will be sure to mention that to Owl. I am sure she can think of fun ways to use that information when she next has to punish you. :-)

It's fine to no like spiders, or anything like that really. Most people have phobias, and there is nothing wrong with that.

*Big spider free hug*

Hopefully you will enjoy it. I am always a little worried when I recommend a game that the other person won't like it. But as you already own it there is no worry about you wasting money based on my suggestion. And who knows, you might love the game.

Looking forward to it. But i think i'm becoming Indiana Games ^^ or something like that. Collecting games without the time to actually play them....

-laughs- When in doubt, do what I do - mention games that virtually no one would like under any circumstances. ;)
I just noticed I have a key for the fabled Blade of Darkness that was quickly pulled a while ago. I will have to have a closer look at the game and see if it would be fun, or maybe see about finding a special someone to give it a good home someday.

That's normal around here. :-)
got syndicate ps3 the other day. surprisingly good combat, and a great story to boot.

Good idea, but that would mean me playing those games to be able to suggest them.

How are you today, Crow? I hope you are doing well?
Good. Just saw at PCGamingwiki that there is a possiblity to play Red Faction in Widescreen....nice....not that it is necessary. But it's definitely more convenient :)

Pluck. o__o I guess I'll just have to be extra good when I'm around her... (yeah right... that will never happen >:-D)

Oddly, I absolutely love the movie "Arachnophobia" :-)

Yeah. I realized that :D.

You have a point there. Probably not the best idea in that case, pretty sure you don't want to spend your limited time playing garbage.

Can't complain here. Errands, housework, all the usual stuff.

Sounds like you had a good day, even got to wrangle a monster spider for added excitement. =)

You will need to be good all the time, she has undercover agents everywhere. She is like Santa, she knows when you are naughty. Except instead of giving presents she steals stars. :-)

I have never seen that movie, but then I am not that big on movies really.

Along with ninja gifting. Another illness that effects a lot of people here. :-)
