No, not much snow here. 4 thousand feet up, but it's still desert so there isn't much precipitation in general.
Local lakes are drying up thanks to the drought.

I went there a few years ago :) it's beautiful !
I'm pretty sure there are german explanations everywhere, and you should find a german-speaking guide too, so don't worry... ;)

Oh..i didn't now that...i'll definitely tell you but it will probably take some time (but i still aim for the summer *fingers-crossed*)...:). (Lille would be one place for example)
