ddickinson: I often chat on here while I work, the advantage of mobile technology :-). I can not do it all the time, usually just while I am doing jobs that I can take quick breaks from to check the forum (which is why one minute I am responding and the next I am all quiet).
I think I get it :D
As long as you don't do that while working on a roof, or something dangerous... !!! ):-|

Doing okay here. It's disc burning night, which is always thrilling, especially with drying nail polish.
Not the brightest of all ideas right there.

Need to load up Elminage Gothic in a bit, give it a serious try, that should be fun considering that it'll probably end up making Legend of Grimrock feel like a relaxing nap by comparison.

How've you been doing?

Soccorro: University rankings are...well...not really reliable. :/ i'm not saying the university of hamburg is horrible. it's "ok".
I didn't really thought that though and I just wanted to edit my post but then the wifi went out...again...*sigh*.

Don't worry, I am not that silly. :-)

When I was working on the roof I visited the site in-between being up on the roof, and if it's anything dangerous or that requires a lot of concentration the I don't even take my tablet out of my car.

CarrionCrow: The way the skills are set, it's not really advantageous to do anything besides that party setup.

I get stuck at times, then pick the puzzle apart after a while.

The constant need for torches and food has been partially eliminated, at least. Trial and errored the spell runes til I found the light spell. Figuring there won't be one for food, though, so that annoyance will be around all game.

ddickinson: Yeah, the food and light system are a bit annoying, especially the food. It is still better to use a torch if you can, but the light spell is nice. It is a good game when you consider it had only 4 developers. It definitely outshines many other dungeon crawlers with bigger teams.
The food mechanic feels like a holdover from games like Eye of the Beholder, early grid-based RPG's.

Only thing is, in Eye of the Beholder, clerics eventually have create food spells. Helps ditch some of the annoyance.

What work are you doing today ?...
I have a long list of things to do today. At the moment I am just inspecting the sheep and making sure the lambs that are being isolated from their mums are okay and that they have not found a way back, as they really pine for their mothers once we wean them. I have paperwork to do on them, which is why I am in the car filling it all out and chatting on here). I also have the other animals to sort, some repairs, and some works with the crops to do today. The next few days will be taken up with shearing the sheep (as well as some other things), then next week I am starting the third and final greenhouse (again, along side some other things, as I usually take care of the animals).

No food spells that I know of, but I guess Moon would know more about it than I would. I would have loved a food spell though, it would free up inventory and save a lot of micro-managing.

Ho, you shear your sheeps !! :-D (I've always wished to try this)... What do you do with their wool then ? Do you sell it to someone who turn it into nice wool skeins and balls ? :-)
