Sadly, no instrument for the moment ; it's his first year... and sadly, I don't think he will pass in second class next year, because he only attends half of the lessons, since he's at his dad's place half of the weekends... so his progress is too slow... :-(

That's a shame, does he have an instrument he would like to play? If he is interested in learning an instrument, there are always ways to learn from home, especially with the internet. I am learning the piano at the moment, mostly using books and videos/lessons that are free from the internet.

The tavern sounds nice, just like some of the old buildings that he have near me that make lovely restaurants.

Mondays is a holiday for a lot of people here I England, but sadly farmers can't really take proper holidays, as someone has to look after the animals. I am covering some extra work tomorrow and Monday so that my brothers can have the days free to spend with their families. So it will just be me for the most part, with my dad helping out in-between spending his time with my mum.

The ball is on Sunday 26th April, but we have some other social stuff on the Saturday as well, we are there from Friday until Monday. I have been measured up for my dress and it should be ready in a week or so. I went with the black dress, due to the ball being a formal black-tie type event. We have been practicing our dancing a lot, mainly stuff like the tango and the waltz. I am not so keen on the fancy moves, but I like the close dancing and slow dancing parts of them (slow dancing is my favourite type of dancing).

Aw... sounds great !!! better than sellong fries :-D (as I think 91,7% of students do as student jobs here...)

yes, he would like to learn to play the violin ; but it's so hard... and since he isn't very constant and regular in his learning... I fear it will be too hard for now... (maybe later ?.... when he grows up a little...)
